Just a quick update with the build planner for what i have used in Arena.
-Frostwall-Flamerush-Frostwall to gain Frostguard grants 30% less dmg taken+120wards+6ward per intel and 20ward every 0.4secs+1 per intel and on top of that we get Lightning Aegis with 25% less damage taken.
Am i crazy, or when you apply spark charge from frostclaw, and then start hitting with lightning blast, the 300% more damage bonus for spark charge for lightning blast works also all the previous spark charges from frostclaw that didn't explode yet, thats why the dps is so insane? Cause i see huge bumps in dps when you alternate between frostclaw into LB

From the description you seem to say to use runic invocation for frostguard but it looks like you mostly use it for ball lightning? Also is lightning claw here to proc mad ladle and LB is the primary dmg, or the other way around?
No its just extra damage and a procer. His actual damage is from spark charges going off for alot of damage.
the annoying part is that flamerush is a channelling skill(sometimes you end up with fire/fire/cold) so you need good timing on it so in the video i started with frostguard and during the fight i missed 2times but it doesn't really matter because it last 13secs.

Nah he's worked very hard on this build he's just op. Rune master has a really good kit indeed, but this is what a build looks like pretty much maxed

im using CFC and CFF, so flameward will be taken off from frostwall so i can't have unspeced flamerush unless i have to take flameward off from this build,it will be still worth it only if the DR from frostguard remains the same.
