About mental health,this is so me have been jobless for the last 2months am getting angry over small issues, there's this game that has become my favorite bt inafika place nikikimbia naigongesha for it to feel pain and it makes me feel good..hoping I'll get better😭😭
I started googling verses that are related to what I'm going through, I take like 5 minutes declaring them, , sometimes voices gets louder, but I don't keep quiet, 🙊 keep declaring,, then I meditate for other 5 minutes, and it's working,,you get peace that surpasses all understanding.
