This seems to be out of date or something, not matching the latest viewrail baserail kits. My baserail system has no "curved side" to put on the outside - it's identical and flat on both sides. Also, each rail has 14 mounting holes, but I only received 5 connectors per rail. So, it seems, I am not supposed to drill each mounting hole, as instructed in this video.
There needs to be a way better video on installing the rubber to the metal cladding I've done 3 of these systems so far and I've not been able to get that part of it right yet
They seem to be scrimping on the washers now - they shipped me simple flat hardware washers that don't quite fit the holes now, not the fancy custom fit ones shown in the video. This may cause lateral play in the rails, and a safety issue. Viewrail, ship the parts as advertised, or take this video down.
If you use thicker glass then you won't need these glass to glass connections?
