And a Jordy PC hit. Always nice. And yea I agree about the vet jerseys should be game used. Especially a retired one. Panini is pumping out so much product its much cheaper for them to use a cheap jersey. And there are probably only so many game used jerseys floating around for guys unlike basketball with the 82 game seasons

About a year ago I somehow pulled a Mahomes kaboom. Got it graded by Beckett and it came back as a 9.5

I opened one of these and some of the cards were OFF CENTERED top to bottom. It was frustrating, but I didn't pull anything spectacular. I will spend more on MOSAIC, Illusions and other more premium stuff. Thanks for sharing your 6 boxes experience!
im really hoping mosaic retail isnt going to be watered down like i think it will be. Last year it was loaded but panini took away some things from absolute this year so i have a feeling they might with mosaic as well. Still gotta go Genessis hunting though!

Here in South Tx we're just getting Absolute blasters and yesterday I bought 5. Out of the 5 I got 4 hits. 3 rookie mem card's and a numbered vet. But the 1st blaster was just a monster. On the very 1 st pack it had a numbered vet, a numbered rookie auto and a Breece Hall Kaboom.😳😳😲😮😊

They're pretty cool inserts! Not as desirable as Kabooms but still sweet cards

Would you recommend an Absolute blaster box for someone that wants to casually get into card collecting mainly for the purpose of just getting cards for some of your favorite players? Not trying to land super valuable cards to sell or anything like that. If not, what would you recommend?
Absolute is a great set so just have fun ripping and have a chance at something big! You get a ton of cards and lots of rookies, would definitely recommend it to anyone just looking to collect and have fun!

I pulled a Kenny Pickett passport auto out of prestige a few months ago hope he keeps getting better and I'm a 49er fan
Prestige was honestly a great product! Those blasters were so much fun at an affordable price. Thats a really nice retail hit you got!

Managed to pull an auto and a numbered in my first box! Auto is in the same spot as mem. Didn't realize how difficult it was till I watched a few openings.

Nice pull...I agree completely with the over production. We have opened 6 or 8 blasters to this point with the best card being a Bailey Zappe Red, White and Blue Kaleidoscope. Cool card but no Kaboom!'s or Explosives. Keep up the great content!

Absolute is tough lol. Been doing alright with donruss this year though, just hit a 3rd downtown the other day. Last box on the shelf at Walmart lol

I was interested when my fanatics blasters came in, so I weighed them. My box with an auto and numbered card weighed more than the other two.
Interesting 🤔 i know last year these had exact weights for kabooms but ive watched a few videos where people weighed a bunch and there doesnt seem to be a rhyme or reason so maybe panini got smarter

oh yeah Chelsea seems like they are in limbo right now not really knowing how to use their personnel. Thank god Ten Hag has finally figured out what to do with ManU. I couldn't take another mediocre season from them lol. Thanks for watching!

No problem at all! I actually sold a lewis cine auto /50 from luminance not to long ago for $15.00 but in that product they are still wearing college unis in absolute they do have their nfl unis. Yours should be $20+

these arent bad for collecting but as far as value you goes there are really only 2 types of cards worth anything in these being the kaboom and the explosive

Agreed. They are pricing their main customer out of the market unfortunately. Panini will eventually start to feel the pain

Absolute is a huge gamble. You can hit autos but they are as rare as the Kabooms and Explosives. Those are the only things in here that will make your money back. But the $25 a blaster is not bad for a fun rip at a chance for something huge. I would recommend purchasing from Target online so you know they wont be weighed. Mosaic Football retail should be releasing in a few weeks too and that set has been loaded in the past few years. So pick your poison!

@@dawnvasquez1139 only absolute has kabooms for football. Mosaic will have the genesis and honeycomb parallels and the mosaic stained glass insert

Depends on what you call good! Absolute is fun and cheaper per box than most retail products with the chance for really really big hits like kaboom or explosive. But the single value of the rookies is not great which makes the floor super low

Packers fan here myself. Was extremely disappointed in the season. Thoughts on Rodgers in the offseason? Our main pieces on offense are all under contract for next year with a lot of them being younger pieces. Is it time to move on?
very disappointing season overall. Rodgers did not play well and the defense was terrible for 75% of the year. It really hurts me to say it but i think its time we move on and give Love a shot. Can't keep the kid on the bench forever

Really new to card collecting. What do you guys do with your bases? I have a huge amount already. Listing on eBay for minimal bids is getting tedious. 😅
I save my base rookies, you never know who will be good in the future. But vet base can be donated to libraries, schools, youth organizations, or my personal favorite given out to trick or treaters!
Save the rookies and parallels…I donate my base to like Goodwill just for nothing, no write off.
Awesome rip! The case hit almost paid for the rip. Absolute is absolutely brutal at retail this year. I know we’ve talked before about watering down retail and you are %100 right. Definitely seems intentional and only mosaic will tell. Last year was flooded with value. Also, I’m sorry but damn that win was awesome. I’ve never had a problem with Rodgers, but he was disrespecting my guys all year and he got his. We’re about to run this division. You think Rodgers will come back?
Yup! almost paid for it all! It's actually super clean so I'm gonna send it in to get graded! I agree with you on mosaic. That will truly tell if Panini is watering down retail or not. It's all good haha the better team won that game for sure. I don't see rodgers coming back after that, i've heard it both ways and I know his cap hit next year makes it extremely difficult to move on but at this point you gotta play Love and give him 2 full seasons to prove he can be the guy.

These are tough they really are. A fun rip but getting your value back is hard. Its pretty much kaboom or explosive hits to make these worth it. If you want to take the risk or just want to do a cheaper rip for fun go for it!

@@emiliogoeman7357 they are pretty watered down right now because panini is trying to push people to hobby products. Mosaic Football retail is coming out soon though and that was an awesome product last year!

If my math is correct you wasted $150 on 3 terrible mem cards and worthless Explosive that nobody wants. Might as well donate it with the rest of those base cards to the library. You yourself even complained throughout your entire video about how Absolute is “watering down” the hobby to keep their prices high on their other higher end products. That we agree on. But they’re also watering down their case hits with more KaBooms (different colors, vertical/horizontal, and numbered) and terrible inserts like Explosives to make you feel like you got something close or similar to a KaBoom. But did you? It’s all a trick to get people to buy more for WAY less. Another thing we agree on you mentioned: only buy cards of players you want. %100!
