I am introvert and i ve truble talking and socialize but i found when you show a bit of this side of you to your introverted patients they become less scared and like they understand me
I'm 98th percentile introvert, but great in 1 one 1 situations, and it's one of the reasons why people really enjoy my practice. I specialize in neurology and my clients usually respect the calmness, opposite-to-zumba practice we do.
Your likely scared of expressing yourself your not introverted this term is self limiting. You are great there’s no one on this earth like you and there never will be. 🙌🏾
I sit here in NHSland while my organisation is going through 3 restructures at once (!). I love the honesty when he says you can go into management to manage teams or 'helping to restructure the organisation'. That's what a lot of NHS management is - continual restructuring. I am in my second bought of employment in the NHS (1994 - 2002 and 2012 to present) and I'm seeing old ideas just come round and round with each new generation of managers. The managers move on to other things and new ones come up with the same old ideas. I know we need to keep up with a fast-paced world always in flux but strange how the same things just come back round. Keeps managers in work I suppose and off the streets. If you like spending inordinate amounts of time on the simplest project or endeavouring to make the easiest thing as complicated as possible, then maybe you should watch the film 'NHS management - is it for me?'.
Hello I am a student from Tanzania but currently I am in Zambia studying at the university of zambia. I am taking physiotherapy course I love your videos I was wondering if you could be doing like a video on teaching students like us who are taking physiotherapy
Hey there. Just a quick questions for PTs out there. Will you be able to grade a knee extensor muscle with 3 and above if patient has knee flexion contracture? Thank you
Yes. I can't decide between the two. The major difference is that most OT's *don't* get to diagnose or medicate like physios do but still get to make treatment plans. OT's can work in multiple settings (clinical and non-clinical) whereas Physios generally work in clincial settings and sometimes schools. OT's have more options (they can work with disabled people, those with learning disabilities, mental issues, children, sometimes physical injuries and improving people's lifestyles by determining what equipment they need in their homes and treatment/lifestyle plans) whereas physios tend to focus more on physical or neurological injuries and use a lot of physical exercise alongside medication, so they have to be reasonably fit.
Hi sir I'm Muhammad adnan afridi from Pakistan I have disc protrusion and desiccation at l4 l5 left nerve root compression problem please I need your help
do not listen to anyone telling you "physiotherapy isn't difficult" its usually the ones who don't know anything about physiotherapy you come up with this BS you'll have to go through medical subjects and more than dentals students so if you think BDS' medical side is hard you should find physical therapy harder.
you don't no one cares if their cardiopulmonary physio or MSK or orthopaedic physio is a sportsman or athelete or even fit they just need your medical services.
Hello ma'am I hope you are doing well , I have done master of physiotherapy in neurology from india , I have no clinical experience and I am willing to be physio in UK, And I have two options either enroll in msc course in uk university then after that go for HCPC and NHS interview it will be easier or I have to start HCPC registration process, plz suggest which one is better way to get job in UK
Hello dr. My wife got 2-3 dark spots on skin at her lower back / lower spine . Sometimes it pains little bit.. she's 24 Please tell me what is it .. and what to do ?
you should visit a physician a physical therapist can provide you with a diagnosis in my country with his medical knowledge but i don't think its the same in UK they don't have much medicine in their curriculum
@@tigerstripe3170 it's crap they find the problem charge $80 and you go home and treat it yourself, I know I have a sore back I just look for stretching on UA-cam and save $80 physio is for moron's.
@@horsecodenumbers Bro, like I understand your pain but Physio treats way more complex cases than your particular case which youtube could fix. Plus, there are a lot of manual therapy that a normal person could not do by themself like stroke patients for instance. You're really limiting the field and its kinda like saying just use youtube for surgery. In many cases you need that one-on-one therapy that the internet alone could never help solve.
I don't know why people didn't like this video , Thank you so much mate it really helped me .
