اِقْرَاْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِیْ خَلَقَۚ(۱)خَلَقَ الْاِنْسَانَ مِنْ عَلَقٍۚ(۲) {اِقْرَاْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِیْ خَلَقَ: اپنے رب کے نام سے پڑھوجس نے پیدا کیا۔ - It seems that at the very beginning of the divine revelation, the focus of the human race through the government of the two worlds was to read and write and to adorn human life with the jewels of education and training.
The status of knowledge and wisdom and the status of religion and wisdom and the status of those who have knowledge in IThat is, Allah blesses whom He wills with words of intellect and wisdom, and He bestows great blessings on whom He bestows words of wisdom and wisdom.
یَرْفَعِ اللّٰہُ الَّذِیْنَ آمَنُوْا مِنْکُمْ وَالَّذِیْنَ اُوْتُوا الْعِلْمَ دَرَجَاتٍ. Allah will raise those of you who believe, and those who have knowledge.

"اگر ایک مسلمان آنحضرتؑ کا غلام ہے-تو تمام عالم کے لئے رحمت ہی بننا ہے- رحمت کے جذبات لے کر ہی دنیا میں نکلنا ہے- لیکن جب رحمتوں کو دھتکار دیا جائے اور محبّت کا جواب نفرت سے دیا جائے - تو یہ آسمان کے خدا کے فیصلے ہیں -کہ وہ نفرتوں کے سر توڑتا ہے- ورنہ یہ دنیا رہنے کے لائق نہ رہے - اورسارے سمندر اتنے کڑوے ہو جائیں - کہ ان میں ذندگی کی کوئی بھی صورت پنپنا باقی نہ رہے- پس یہ تقدیر الہی کی باتیں ہیں- وہ ضرور
تکبّر کے سرتوڑا کرتا ہے- تاکہ اُس کےبندے اُسی کے کے بندے بن کر رہیں-

The above mention Doctrine Athletic Performance is the “Doctrine Athletic Performance” of “Raja Haroon Latif” which he has since “1988” from Germany but despite having applying in Germany no one had cared about his Athletic practical Performance in Germany because everywhere in Germany on every post Twin peoples are those don’t care “Single born peoples” and neglect and reject them in every sense and to him they had told THAT as long you will be Foreigner in Germany as long you will not been cared BUT they had denied to provide him German Nationality because “Raja Haroon Latif” is single born child of his parents.
Then in “July 1997” he had left Germany with a certain hope THAT I can participate in Olympic from Pakistan and had written to “Nawaz Sharief” government BUT they had not care Then come “General Pervaiz Musharaf” and others and he had written to every Pakistani government and had said THAT just measure my “Athletic running Time” to convince yourself but “Twenty Seven years” has been passed and no one had ever call him for any “Athletic Participation” in side Pakistan because whole State and government Employees and Parliament including Judiciary and Media including Film, TV and Stage Artists are “Twin peoples”.
General Sakender Mirza, Melik Ghulam Ahmad, Bhutto, General Ayuob, General Yahiya, President Laghari, Benazir, Nawaz Sharief, Shabaz Sharief, Zerdari, Bilawal, Imran Khan, General Pervaiz Musharaf, Shaukat Aziz, Ishaq Daar, Hemza Shabaz, Merium Nawaz, are TWIN people.
