It's so strange how there's just some songs that bring you back in time. I mean this song didn't exist when I was a kid, but something about it recalls certain feelings and memories. Memories I couldn't latch on to in my thoughts until hearing this. It's as if things become more clear and connections start happening faster within my brain. I've had this happen many times in the past. It's always great to feel nostalgic about a specific time period in your life. Back when things might've been more simple, innocent, or forgiving.

i was planning to discuss my dad about his new lung cancer cuz he had a previous one. i didn't know how to open up to him especially with a person that has depression because my dad always come out at us smiling but he literally hurt and tired in the inside, so i played this out loud and all of a sudden he was there, we talked about his cancer, just him and i and i honestly cried so hard when he left my room cuz he didn't lied to me about what happened to him unlike when it comes to my mom he always hide things from her but he really was so open about it to me and i legit gonna cry....
