@@nehavij968 actually I made this in idli cooker so therefore I used idli plate ,or the one which is used for KHAMAN ,to bake this.....but it turned out really great....u won't believe me that the cake was super soft and spongy.....I wanna tell u that size of the mold does not matter...... thank you for asking 🙏🙏

Very nice recipe. I used this exact recipe and baked it in convection oven at 180 degree and it turned out beautiful. I also Layered it with chocolate ganache and it became even more tasty.

I just now prepared the black forest cake using this recipe(cake base as chocolate sponge cake) . This is the best recipe I've seen and was able to make the spongiest cake i ever had.
