So that first fight, might have been worth starting with metapod and switching so it levels to 10 once pidgeotto comes out and you can use butterfree when ladyba goes down. Though the switch might have made getting confusion too slow and get you killed. Still feel like it would be a bit easier to have butterfree, though you managed to brute force it after enough times and kept your ladyba to boot.

Finally completed this, great run and amazing that a Lickitung was your second best Pokemon. I will say though, I don't think I've ever laughed as much during one of your videos than I did when you said "Milktank's sexy udders" 😂😂😂😂 Keep it up!!
I don’t mean to backseat game, but I feel like Graveler would be a really good option for this playthrough? It only has a BST of 390 and it gets STAB EQ by level up Edit: 15:24 Apparently Mint helps you feel more awake due to the strong taste and scent
Backseating is fine, don't worry about it. I didn't wanna use anything that could evolve into something above 400, even if it was a trade evo. So I can't use the whole Geodude line because of Golem if that makes sense. Sorry if I didn't make that super clear
Why not going for a rattata or another poké's for the first gym badge? they wouldn't have been evolved and wouldn't have 400 stat base as a result? :o anyway ggwp to sponge and redvelvet! !!!

Gonna throw in a idea myself do a solo run or nuzlocke with your least favorite pokemon /type game can be of your choice would be interesting to see why you dont like them and see if your opinion changes or your thoughts at the end of the run

I never got around to it though, and i guess if was "training" against unown I shouldn't have been able to get one anyway, so yes, logically, I should have caught one

You should have kept your starter until it evolved past 400 BST. You did'nt catch enough pokemon There are plenty of first stage pokemon you could use. You sacrifice your pokemon too easily. No Kanto Gyms or Red Battle
Butterfree has like a 2% chance of holding it and I got thief in the team rocket base. I didn't actually spend 8 hours looking for that 2% chance, but it's obtainable so I just gave myself it
I swear I've never made a mistake on purpose just to get comments. It's just these videos take awhile to make so it's very easy to miss things like that. Funny thing is with the BST thing, I constantly want to say BTS so that's probably how I made that mistake
