Your core muscles help support your spine and keep the disks from slipping. super important to work them core muscles as an adult, especially if youve had lower back injuries in the past.
Yeah but him and the other guy didn’t even do a frontside flip. I saw both of them and had to go back and watch in slow motion to be sure, the board never flipped. Both of them just did a shuv-it with the board going more vertical

Chad Muska has been my Idol since the 90s back in Puerto Rico. Had a bunch of his signature skate boards,had his shoes,I even got a radio as well. He was and still very big and loved in Puerto Rico and all the world. Such a living legend! Im so happy for him. Hes happy and living life man. Much respect Mr. MUSKA ❤
