The entire opening scene with President Jokowi (Joko Widodo) actually references his simple and hands on ways of working. -) President Jokowi is known to never make his escorts clear the road for his motocade, and at a few point, he gets off his presidential car and _walks_ to the destination if the road isn't clear or hard to access. It's shown in the video when his motocade got trapped in the traffic of supporters, he said "Let them be" and gets off the car. -) Before and as president, President Jokowi is known to personally visit project sites or the suburbs to listen to the people's voice and get a close view of the situation himself to make sure everything goes well and figure out what's the best next step. How the video shows him riding the motorcycle through the suburbs shows this. -) As a fun fact, President Jokowi is a fan of heavy metal and is a biker himself, which explains the music and how the motorcycle got chosen for the opening.
