Hi Nane, your videos are definitely not boring, it's so lovely to hear someone's thoughts and views on our historic past and places. I live only a 10 minute drive from Newstead and I've never visited the place but after seeing in your presentation I'll definitely be paying Newstead a visit next spring time. Thank you Nane and keep up the great work with your lovely videos 🇬🇧❤🇧🇷
“She walks in beauty, like the night Of cloudless climes and starry skies; And all that’s best of dark and bright Meet in her aspect and her eyes; “ This is the beginning of a poem by Lord Byron (who could have been talking about you, I think?!). Wonderful video: thank you!
Hi Nane, loving your channel and your doing great.I know you said your a shy person but it takes a big character to move to another country and front your own channel on UA-cam.Please take confidence from this and its great to see another national's opinion of something we may take for granted of our heritage .Excellent content by the way and your part of the UK family now.
Lovely video of a very beautiful place. I’ve visited several times and the Japanese Garden in late October is not to be missed. The autumn colours are outstanding!❤️🍁🍂 Thank you for posting.
You need to stop doubting yourself Nane Lets face it you have the courage to leave your homeland to live in aother land. i personally dont need always to hear a commentary when seeing a lovely place Well filmed and described in your own way.It was really good and you saved me 6 pounds too.
Thank you for this video Nane. I must confess I hadn't heard of Newstead Abbey and being guided round by such a lovely host was a real delight. I look forward to your next outing.
Thank you for a lovely video, it’s so interesting to hear your perspective on things we take for granted. I’d guess if I went to Brazil I’d find things you take for granted very beautiful. Well done and keep it up.
Hi Nana,to put confidence in you and show you how well your English is please look up Geordie(related to the city of Newcastle) on the net.Newcastle is around 30 miles from where i live on the north east coast of England and i understand your English as spoken by a native more than the Geordie lingo and accent lol. Please listen and take heart from this and keep the great content coming.
Nane, that part of the garden that you thought might have been the maze, I don't think was. I think it may have been what is called a " knot garden", although I'm no expert in anything really, but I think if it had been a maze, then the hedges would have been taller than a person, and there would have been an entrance and an exit, and a circuitous winding series of winding paths leading to dead ends and only one way to escape. I suspect that you all may have missed the actual maze my friend. : - ) You all certainly got the weather for your expedition, and it was nice that you didn't have to struggle through any crowds. Never apologise for thinking that you may be " boring" us viewers at any time. You most certainly are not. Anyone subscribed to your channel I'm sure are here because of your honesty, naturalism and just your life-affirming enthusiasm for just being where you want to be in this moment that you are sharing with us out here. Of course I'm also sure that your lovely accent plays a factor too. ( chuckle ) Thanks for a lovely stroll and a few minutes of calm in our headstrong world Nane. I wish you rainbows.
The other home you saw was more than likely the grounds keepers home and his or her family. back in the day, they had better housing because of maintaining the grounds was very important.
Has to be seen on a nice warm summer day. We have many attractions like this, countries full of them. King Henry VIII's Hampton Court Palace has a superb maze, huge.
Your English is spotless. Just one thing, at some point you say that you're at the backside of the abbey. It would be better just to say 'back', as 'backside' can have the meaning of your posterior or bottom or bum (e.g. his face looks like a donkey's backside).

Many people come to the UK and hate it. Then some people come here and find their soul.. Looks like you've found your soul. ❤🇬🇧

Thank you for the Portuguese lessons ..subtitles.
I'm glad the subtitles are being helpful not only for Portuguese speakers 😊😊
Another good Portuguese lesson ... ua-cam.com/video/uO7DiYjgfRs/v-deo.html
Funny how when you're born here you walk by these ponds and lake and not give them a second look.
Plenty of historical places in the UK
Oi
the home of poets Lord Byron and James Bailey
The Monks chose a good place to live and worship in.
Youre a lovely young lady
Just round the corner from my in-laws
No need to apologize for learning a 2nd language. You should hear my Portuguese. LUL 8 )
How is your English so good? You must have studied more than just psychology. It is almost perfect.
Thank you, that's very kind of you, but I think my English is still a little far from perfect 😅😂
I can make a video about how I learned English
Please don't try to Anglicise your pronunciation of pretty. The way you pronounced it first is very pretty.
Your English is spotless. Just one thing, at some point you say that you're at the backside of the abbey. It would be better just to say 'back', as 'backside' can have the meaning of your posterior or bottom or bum (e.g. his face looks like a donkey's backside).
Thank you for explaining, I really appreciate it 😊😊
