Yeah there’s something wrong in this episode. Remember when Sehar went to see many lawyers regarding the right of an aunt to see and take care of her nephew (when Yaman doesn’t allow her to see Yusuf) those lawyers asked her to give up on this case because Yusuf’s uncle is Yaman.

I was hesitant of watching this episode because I couldn't understand why social services easily took Yusuf away from his family. It was because Yaman nor Seher had legal custody of Yusuf after the mother's passing. Either Yaman or Seher should have applied for custody so that they have legal rights over the child under their care. Move on, Emanet fans. The show is about to become more exciting. No need to stress over the evil plans of the wicked sisters 😅
I don't know about their law or culture much but in mine the aunt, uncle or grandparents takes care of the child after the death of the parents. The only time SS gets involved is if the kid doesn't have any living relatives. Anyways damned Iqba still great at potraying greedy, power/money hungry selfish who would do anything to get what she desires 👌. She is nailing it. Hopefully she doesn't succeed and Seher or Yaman she realize asap that the real enemy is living with them
