    I realized that you can take action without the want, instead you can take action from courage since courage inspires adventure, exploration, being initiative all of which makes you take action naturally. Having that want energy causes unnecessary strain, you just making things harder for yourself.

    This is so natural. The way it used to be. I love doing it. Its about surrendering to the moment and letting it go. Staying open. Sooo good. Thank you, man! Being open is the key. We can overcome trauma and hardships.

    I can feel the difference. Having your heart open actually feels really great, I just never knew how to make it happen. Until one day I was consulting all these things with one therapist and she just said "imagine having a bulb in your chest. Then light it up and let it shine all throughout your body" and man, that clicked. From that day I'm trying to do most of my thinking, talking, decision making, even seeying with this bulb lighted up and it just changes everything. It kinda feels like going from a place of love. You are not judging, answers are simple, taking action is easier.
    This video just reminded me this and also pointed me now in the direction of making actions with my bussiness as Im trying to grow it but cant seem to do much. Thanks Brian, always huge inspiration.

    I know the difference!
    What you call a state of wanting, I often call “compulsion”. It makes you shrink and reinforce any “I’m not good enough” narratives that are still there somewhere.
    I had a lot of positive interactions when they came from the point of curiosity and experimentation even though I felt anxiety. It’s a world of difference and things are happening when you get out of your head and into the presence.
    Just today I was on a train, a girl walked over to take a seat next to me and asked me to move my bags. I liked sth about her energy and I felt like talking to her. Instead of sitting quiet, I just started with “I like your bag”. And then we talked for 3h straight, train ride was amazing and she thanked me few times for the whole experience.
    If you truly feel the curiosity, you allow yourself to express it and you don’t question your sense of belonging in that situation, amazing things start to happen!
    I’m very glad I discovered your channel Brian, thank you so much 💚 You’re doing an important work and what you’re sharing touches the core, not just the surface. Super appreciate it!
    Hugs from Portugal 🇵🇹

    Damn watching this video again and it’s mind blowing, around the 6:15 minute mark. Now I’m starting to not only understand but internalize what you mean when you say “as the want amplifies so does the feeling of lack”. Thank you Brian! Starting to see how me wanting and being attached to the outcome has created so much pain, with woman/fitness/money/etc.

    It is leberation of your addiction to "want".
    The paradox is that for the lense of your ego, you lose. But for your spirit, liberation comes in as a infinite sense of joy. Its actually how Life source gives us blessings because we sacrifice our desire for something divine. Our ultimate calling underneath the noise.

    Abe Hicks says rocket of desire and “it is done” it’s the wanting that keeps it from you. The mind is always wanting. You only bring up the emotions so you can let go of them.

    Hey Brian/Fearless,
    Would you recommend box breathing/meditation?I do this several times a day to include when I’m on work breaks. Other methods you suggest?
    This helps me to relax and I am able to focus more. I also have ADHD. I find myself not so attached to the outcome and less expectant of what I think should happen.
    Your videos have helped so much. Thank you!

    That's the issue I'm having now. Ironically, at work, I'm a flirt, but in the streets is where I close off and idky if opened up my heart numerous times

    • @TheFearlessMan
      @TheFearlessMan  4 місяці тому +1

      How can you lower the tension a bit so you can practice. Work is low tension and the streets are high tension. Where is it in between for you so you build up your comfort with tension and then go back to the streets where you feel it as high tension again.

      @TheFearlessMan that's what I'm trying to figure out. There have been times when I felt my heart fully open in the streets, and I've been able to talk and even date women on the spot, but now i remember getting into a verbal argument with someone and that argument sent me back to the beginning. Just when I finally got over my ex of 11 years

    This is an important lesson for me for so many things that I want in my life. The best thing is that Brian effortlessly demonstrates it as he talks.
    With much gratitude to Brian I’m going to let this video sink in and practice applying it.

    its that simple if youre valuable interesting and good socially, sure.
    but lets be honest, that women is probably great socially and is interestingg and people like to be around her. we are not all like that. sure we can improve, but some of us are so not like that that our improvment never get us much far in life socially speaking. we not really liked, interesting, good socially beyond th initial platitudes. i feel i could work on myself nd taking action for a lifetime only to get to step 1.3 (yes, point 3)

      and that's still just another belief and if you believe it then it stays true for you. The world seems to adjusts your beingness or Identity. What you wrote above is an Identity.

    Thanks for this, Brian… Can you just clarify for me so I understand…Is the solution to Take action from vulnerability?
    🙏

    • @TheFearlessMan
      @TheFearlessMan  4 місяці тому

      Grounded, strong vulnerability. Where you feel everything, own it! Don't drop into the victim poor me space. This is unattractive. I'm scared poor me is very different that I'm scared, I must be growing. It's better to be scared but have the fear excite you rather than playing the victim.

    if you want to be good at something you have to be bad first i guess be okay at being bad. be observant people watch take action social skills is a muscle you cant just rely on blind instincts you could use some training and study with practice
