Lindsey Stirling is SUCH an amazing artist/performer! This particular video was 100% her as far as the original idea and how she wanted it done. She even made the costumes. She excels in SO MANY aspects of the creative endeavor required to create outstanding performances and videos! I look forward to seeing more of your reaction videos.

Nice reaction Dave! Funny you should mention music box - if you haven't already, you should check out the video for Lindsey's "Shatter Me" (vocals by Lzzy Hale). Also good observation about the dancers - of the four dancers that are touring with her now, three of them have been dancing with her for a couple of years, one of them has been with her since she started having female dancers on tour (about 7 years ago). One of the dancers in this video (the yawning skeleton in the beginning) also started with her about 7 years ago, isn't a regular dancer with her now, but has been doing Lindsey's tour and video choreography for a little while now.

First, great reaction! Well done and thank you.
Calling Lindsey a multi-hyphenate truly understates the enormity of her talents. Just on her performance skills alone, she'd be a GOAT! But, she also, almost single handily; writes, arranges, produces, concepts, storyboards, choreographs, directs and edits every one of her videos. She also scouts locations, set designs and designs and makes most of the the costumes for her videos. On tour, she's the Tour Director and everything goes through her and has her touch.
To see the woman behind the curtain, so to speak, take a peek at the BTS for this video. Took at lot of work to get a 3:21 masterpiece. There's a lot of moving parts.

The dancers do know each other, they've been performing with Lindsey for years. The beautiful Latina dancer, Ashley Gonzales, is a choreographer in her own right and just magnificent. She been with Lindsey for years and did the choreo for Lindsey's "Carol of the Bells", while Lindsey was recovering from a back injury acquired while Lindsey was simultaneously... on tour, doing DWTS and shooting videos.
Not only is she a freak of nature, she's a force of nature as well. One newspaper reviewer said, "Imagine a tornado came by, sweeping up an orchestra, a ballet, Cirque du Soleil and dropped them into a rock concert."
Another concert reviewer said of her, "It was then when I realized that I might be in the presence of the greatest performer of all time… this was certainly the most fantastic show I’ve ever seen (and I’ve seen quite a few as a concert reviewer). Actually, no one beats Paul McCartney… but, he’s a Beatle.
Most influential and legendary band of all time aside; there is Lindsey Stirling."
I'm not so eloquent, I just know she's the damnedest thing I've ever seen!
    Again, good review, thanks.
