Dear Eva, I also used to get extreme anxiety about the safety and health of my children. My therapist helped me to have a "flip thought." Whenever I would start to panic and worry about my daughter for example, I trained myself to immediately picture her laughing. It helped so much.
I read somewhere that worrying is praying for things that we don't want.
Eva, the ribbon display was so beautiful, you are so kind and so strong, thank you so much for sharing your life with on us on here. I had surgery for my second miscarriage this week and watching this today was the hope that I needed. Thank you ❤️❤️
Sorry you had to go through this. I’ve had two miscarriages as well and I think about them all the time. Hope you’re being looked after

Eva I can absolutely relate to the health anxiety. I had a traumatic birth with my daughter which led to ptsd and ocd. I’ve recently had two miscarriages which has made it worse so please be kind to yourself (I know it’s always easier said than done). Feel what you need to feel. Your baby will pick up on how much she is loved and how happy her mummy makes her. As mothers we can be really hard on ourselves. We need other mums to say it’s ok and raise each other up. Lovely vlog as always☀️🍁

Hi Eva, as you were talking about seeing a viewer I was going to comment that I have seen you recently too. Then I realised when you were in Whole Foods that it must have been the same day! (Saw you outside WF high st ken) I wanted to say hi but felt it might be a bit intrusive coming over when you were with little one. Just know I thought of Olive too. ❤
I can totally relate to the health anxiety… it certainly kicked in when I lost my son and then I worried so much about my two sons afterwards. You’re doing a great job as new parents. You do you 😊❤️

Shes getting so big!
We had no coughs and colds through covid, but the last 6 months myself and my 3 adult children have all had colds and sore throats one after another. I think we all need to go through that phase now but i understand your concerns, Eva.
I loved the large size lounge suit on you but i don't like to see things too baggy.
The track pants fit you and they may stretch out

maybe if little one is starting to get her first colds which is totally normal and should be to make her more resistant -your fear will become less and less when you expirience that she will be fine afterwards and nothing bad had happened...dont stress yourselfe too much..my mum is a nurse and when i had my first baby and baby had fever for the first time i was terrified...she always told me fever is like a gift for the immune system and you should let it happen as long as its not to high...after every infection the kids had a developement boost and where much more stronger afterwards( dont know if thats the right word in english )
Eva, it is 100% realistic that you are terrified for her health. I think you are doing beyond beautifully trying to cope with your anxiety. Just do what you are doing, and monitor the severity of the anxiety. As a therapist, you are doing a great job! If it get's worse, therapy might help. Trust yourself.

Dear Eva, please get yourself a good therapist - you suffered a trauma with Olive's death and there is help to overcome it... All the best! 😊
She has said before that she has one. Grieving and healing take a long time and she is generous to share her journey publicly. It is a bit insensitive to make assumptions and offer unsolicited advice to her.
