@@OpheliasSoapery My sales took a dip this spring. It sucked because prices on just about everything went up. They are back up since i added Fruit Loops scent and other Millenial/Gen Z scents to my repertoire of products.
@@OpheliasSoapery I’ve used both and honestly, I have found room temperature to always workout better and yields much better bar of soap. Heat transfer is quicker but quicker isn’t always better. I just get my oils and lye water ready the night before and that works out beautifully. It also allows much more time to blend colors etc. 😊
I’ve found absolutely no difference in the final product using heat transfer or room temp soaping (with my recipes) Like you said one just saves time. I’m a very spur of the moment type soaper so heat transfer worked so well with my other recipe. Now I have to plan better 😞🤣
@@OpheliasSoapery sometimes I can be a spur of the moment soaper but with the recipe I use, room temp seems to work out better as well. I have been known to cool down my lye water & oils in a ice bath to room temperature and carry on. 😊

Probably not. I changed my recipe a little and it’s best with room temperature soaping ☺️
