Step 3: Business Implementation - School Enterprise Challenge 2024 on ElevatED

Welcome to Step 3 of the School Enterprise Challenge! In this video, we’ll guide you through each activity needed to complete the last step of the programme:
Activity 1: Business Management (0:52) - Your business team will reflect on the steps taken to launch your business.
Activity 2: Marketing Your Business (1:33) - Your students will analyse and discuss the effectiveness of the marketing strategies used to promote your products or services and boost sales.
Activity 3: Accounting and Record Keeping (1:56) - Your students will report on your business’s financial performance, including income, costs, and profits, and share your experiences along with visual documentation.
Activity 4: Team Management (2:27) - Have your students reflect on the key lessons learned from participating in the School Enterprise Challenge and the insights gained from Business Management Committee meetings.
Activity 5: Sustainability and Development (3:05) - Have your students examine the impact of your business on the community and environment, and develop strategies for sustainable operations and future planning.
Activity 6: Teacher’s Assessment (3:34) - Complete an assessment evaluating students' contributions and skill development throughout the School Enterprise Challenge, and reflect on your own growth as a teacher.
Congratulations! By completing these activities, you will finish the School Enterprise Challenge and unlock opportunities to enter competitions.
