Thanks Street Certified Records! 😎 I have no personal experience with the 23C, only the regular 23. But to my knowlegde its not possible. The Xone 43c can. You still need to buy the Serato program separately for the computer. Traktor Dvs is also a closed system i believe. So a separate box is needed for DVS. I'm not that knowledgeable on this stuff. So check some other sources before you decide to buy the 23c or not 🙂
Very smooth mix Mister! Noticed you keep changing the rca-s whenever you go from DVS to real vinyl.Isn't there an option in Serato to change from track to live input?I'm using Traktor DVS and there you can change it in the software.
Thanks GaLi! Yeah you are correct. The preamps in the Denon DS 1 Seratobox don't sound as good as the preamps in the Xone mixer. So all real vinyl records lack a bit of punch on thru mode in Serato. That's why i switch manually for normal vinyl records. Did some test with separate preamps before going into Serato but wasn't happy with the sound. Looking into a switchbox, to route the audio, but phono signals can be tricky with that. There are special phono switchboxes. But i will first try a cheap one. Untill then switching the cables is the easiest. 😁
@@ApolloJeff Hey Jeff! another option and what I personally do is use 4x - 1 female rca to 2 male to essentially hook up my turntables to the phono in of my DVS box AND the mixer at the same time. wonderful setup because you can switch hassle free from phono and line so between digital and vinyl. Personally I think this is a wonderful way of combining the 2 worlds. All the best!!
