I love how aggressively Scottish Stronny becomes when she gets excited talking about something
Imagine that in such a roundabout way this clip is how someone figures out they bombed the application
... that'd be fitting in this case, I think!
That would require some self-awareness on their part, I think
Wow a Scottish VTuber, never thought I'd see the day
They got several actually. If you type in scottish vtuber youll find a bunch.
@@TheBeastInBlack I guess I don’t get out of the mainstream too often lol
She admitted to having no commitment AND thought the agency she applied for weren’t gonna see her content 😂 Goofy
Only time it's acceptable is if it's a Niji audition, and even then you should wait until you've got the job
Glad to see VAllure get some clipping love!
I need a scottish woman to wake me up aggressively everyday
"WAKE THE FUCK UP! I love you :3" but in scottish
that was wild to hear live and I'm glad she weeded out the bad actor applicants
Let's extend that title a bit:
How NOT to apply for ANY JOB
Damn never seen her before i must check out xD
The absolute audacity, oh my lord!
"I don't even know what the word is"
May I recommend two words:
1) Audacious
2) Arrogant
I know company loyalty is dead on both sides bit Jesus John Fitzgerald Kennedy Christ don't be blatant about it, have some tact.
And even if they lack any sort of moral decency or tact, at least have the common sense not to admit that stuff publicly right after applying.
It reminds me of that one NASA intern that got fired after immediately after being accepted by sending off a profanity laden tweet to the guy who runs the hiring for the position.
By en large that's true, but Stronny does seem to genuinely care about the other Talents at VAllure.
Well she should, she's one of the main investors
Even then, doing this would increase the chance of such a talent getting doxxed
_Imma gonna apply to join and Imma gonna use them exactly how you think I will_
All companies do their own due-diligence, it would be insane not to. 😣😞
Damn that is a impressively stupid to do.
there's this little thing called "risk assessment" that literally every company does when hiring people nowadays, it's why a lot of companies will ask for your social media handles. they're gonna comb through your feed to look for troublesome shit, like lack of loyalty or being overly combative.
because obviously you're gonna put your best foot forward when you submit an application and get interviewed and i'd argue that combing through your socials is a countermeasure to make sure they aren't hiring someone who's gonna start lighting fires around the office.
today I learnt a new word: gobsmacked
The word is arrogant. For sure the company brings in the views but its the personality that makes them stay.
She has beautiful hair!
Admitting that live is crazy
LMAO - how unaware
The arrogance of coming out and saying it like that.
Lets be honest, there's probably a few applicants thinking that in any agency's auditions. But even then, that's something you talk about after you come back.
Either way, i wish i could say that those types who are just about numbers never amount to much, but looking at who's successful on these platforms, i dunno.
I would have been so sad if someone like that got into VAllure. Here's hoping she pulls another royal flush for gen 2. Though I guess it would be six slots next time.
The plan itself is pretty bold too. Basically, they think they can join an agency, build up a sizable community in roughly a year, leave, then take the audience they gained with them with no issues? I gotta say, most corporate vtubers fade away into obscurity once they leave their company. I see it happen all the time. The odds of that plan successfully going off is poor to say the least.
Harry Potter and the Audacity of that Witch.
Is she also part of management? I dont watch anyone in vallure (yet)
Yes, she's the founder
Yeah, it's a talent owned agency.
@@VPCh.wow. Never heard of that. So... They don't have anyone like Sakana over them?
@@ArthurD Stronny, the vtuber in the video, is effectivly their Sakana. She founded the company, hired the other talents and designed all the models.
@@No_1Special1she also runs another channel for asmr role plays which she writes the scripts for. Girl puts in a lot of work.
@0:40 Why would they hire her if she is not fully commited anyway?
