All three are a 10 and you ms Emma are YT's prettiest and can make recipes like no one else. I hope your weather is not as hot at 9 in the evening as here. It is 30°C but feels like 35°C because of the darn humidity (77%). Have a beautiful day. ❤
Other than the cilantro (coriander) which tastes like soap to me, the recipe looks delicious, particularly the sauce.

I can never do a double dip in egg and flour mix, without ending up with half the flour or breadcrumb mix, ending up on the egg and vice versa. But I do like that recipe. And I rate it, a 10. 👍👍✌️
