These headband wigs cost as much as lacefronts.
I have a couple of headband wigs and yes they are pricy but the hair is really good. For a cheaper option go with a synthetic half wig and put a headband on it. Works just as good.

That wig looks good on you. I'm glad you did this review so I can see the actual company you purchased the wig from. I've seen your photo attached to other companies across the internet trying to lure people into buying from them. The false advertisements make it hard for headband wig newbies like myself.

Those sequin headbands though! I’ve been looking for them everywhere and can’t find them. Starting to think RPG Show made them just so their headband wigs. If so, they need to sell them individually and not just with wigs. All those other ones you can find for much cheaper on Amazon and Aliexpress.

That looks so good. You are young, and can wear anything and make it look good though... For someone my age, it looks comfortable. I noticed a lot of cancer patients used these because of how fast it is to put them on. Cancer patients do not have as much energy to do all of the pre wig work, although they may use a wig cap to cover their scalp after their treatments.

Is there an option for no leave-out, or ones who have no/thinning edges?
folks who don't wanna show their edges just pull the headband forward and put it right on their hairline. still looks really good! some folks pull it back and use spray to fill in thinning edges and that can also work.

Hello! Thank you for sharing. Simone can you or anyone answer my question... I shampoo’d the unit because it kinda smelled like smoke to me. I also applied conditioner. By letting it air dry does it loose the the curl wave pattern in it? It seems like it’s just drying as if it was a straight hair unit. Not sure if I was supposed to put flexi rods in or what. Kindly advise.
How do you prevent the wig from slipping back? I have a headband wig and all is does is slip back slowly and it doesn't stay secure in the back......hmmmm maybe something is wrong with my head I ordered three from three different places and they all do the same thing. Slip back
Me too! I can’t get it to stay secure while I pull it up into a bun or a pony! It just slides back.. 🤦🏼

@@michaelakenworthy6317 hi I discovered something called a wig grip. So cheap and has changed my life with wigs lol. Try "wig grips" ladies. Thank me later.
@@EverythingLadyElly thank you! I actually bought a velvet type headband designed to grip wigs and it really helps but still doesn’t hold it tight enough to pull it into a ponytail. I need to grow 2 extra hands! 😂

This is nothing new. I remembered in mid 1990s. I had a counselor worn full/half wigs w sew in headband.
Yh well nothing is really new these days just an improvement of old trends. But she didn't say that it's something new
Chinese companies only releasing this kind of wig because North Korea has stopped the production of lace front lol!! They had to find a way to sell wigs anyway...
