For those who don't know what happened: each of the sprinklers ink drops do 20 damage, regardless of when you threw the sprinkler. So whatever amount of hp the crab had, the sprinkler, being in its fastest output, absolutely shredded the crabs armor, and somehow didn't get destroyed when the crab was shooting. Legendary play dude. Edit: this is why I main aerospray
there’s a funny thing with sprinkler in rainmaker where you throw it on top of the rainmaker (sheid already broken) and when someone grabs it, they are on top of a very fast sprinkler and die because of it.
Any comp match I see that’s against Starburst and it’s at the other team’s POV I immediately get nervous for no reason. Starburst has a relentless style of play and literally nowhere is safe.
i love how chaotic tournaments feel, yet it is all coordinated at the same time communication is constant and never ending because it is necessary so it fills any silence that there possibly could ever be and there's constant moving on the screen which is emphasized by the bright vibrant graphics of splatoon itself always fun to watch edit: i forgot a singular word
It's honestly insane how much damage a fresh sprinkler can do when all the shots are hitting (and by insane I of course mean slightly less DPS than an average shooter. Yea it's not much is it, but it can at least be positioned at a distance ig), I just wish they didn't nerf it into oblivion in all other potential use cases for NO REASON
honestly feel like slider kneecaps this weapon way harder than sprinkler does. it's such a finnicky special that just doesn't accel at much of anything that other specials can't do more efficiently, and even in the best applications it's usually just a futile suicide special
If this patch wasn't enough for you to consider brella "fixed" then it's never gonna happen cuz the netcode is probably the only this that make you get shot through your shield

I personally find myself to be an “ok” player at splatoon 3, I don’t touch comp or even competitive, but every time I watch one of these videos, I feel like there is so much information you have to take in and express via call outs, and I’m always surprised on how people can process said information.
its not that difficult believe me. You just need to get used to it little by little. I play league of legends competitively, and i have to say, there are a lot more things to focus on than in any shooter i played. (i am s rank in splatoon, and also played a lot of cod in the past and couldve been pro if it wasnt cause league of legends got me first) and the reality is that pretty much all the information is like a natural thing. You dont focus in that information, you just focus in it like in autopilot without even thinking. So its really simple when you get to certain point

If possible, I'd love to see a video (or be recommended one if it exists) on Turf War's "meta". I understand that it's horrendous but I can't draw a face without knowing the structure of the skull. I wanna understand why it's so terrible.
As brief as possible, the other modes have a single objective, fairly linear, and ends early. In turf war, the objective is every where and even if you have complete stage control the game doesn't end until the time runs out. Also turf war because it isn't linear means you can lose at any moment especially in the last 30 seconds which is just, crap game design

the difference is that this weapon actually works really well with these, while most other weapons with these are completely mismatched
