i think if you put models in acidtone for a few minutes you can strip a lot of the paint or colour off the models so it isnt too layered and you wont lose minor details

@@OtakuSculpture haha yeah thats fair, im actually looking at getting into doing this myself cause a lot of the cheaper models paint is just bad but the model them selves are okay

Hey thanks for the comment !! I just start airbrush to be honest, a friend tell me to have a 2 bars compressor and an airbrush with air control on it, for the paint, use the one you prefer, I use alcohol at 90 to mix with ( it's cheaper). Have fun mate ☺✌

Wow very nice job, I also want to do a repaint a bootleg but I think i don't have the patience for it. How long did it take the whole process? And what will I cost on tools? just wondering.
Thanks a lot for your comment ! It don't take some much time if you know what to do 😂 Use a picture of what you want to do and for paint and and tool it cost me 40 to 50 euros but i use it for a lot of project, if you need help, DM me on instagram for picture of my paint and stuff 👍

Hi my friend 😁 I think it's not very long, i using a lot of reference to paint, it will help you, and think about the light and the shadow, don't forget to had détail with black line ! In few hours you will have a decent result. And redo what you don't like, enjoy the process and your work. 👍

@@taichau3244 No problem mate 😁 you can mix a little bit of water in your acrylic paint, you can try to do two layer of paint, don't put too much paint to avoid lumps, and it also depend on your quality of paint. 👍
