    Thank you so much for posting this video. I do have some questions in terms of moving and transporting the equipment. I currently own a mid-size SUV and I don't plan on getting a commercial van anytime soon, but I do want to get myself a hot water extractor. I want to know difficult it is to maneuver the extractor around. Given that most extractors will be too tall to sit upright in my SUV, it will need to sit sideway. Is there any risk in damaging the unit if I transport it on it's side and how difficult is it to load and offload the extractor? As well, what about doing older apartments that do not have elevators. How do you manage to get the unit up several flights of stairs for these apartments that are on the 2nd or 3rd floor?

      In a similar spot as you with an suv. I removed a cargo section of my trunk that lowered it enough to fit the extractor upright. Not sure what you drive but worth a shot!

    I recently bought an Oreck orbiter and a Dupray neat steamer and migjt buy a $150 car detail extractor until i can afford a Ninja or something. As for chemicals Flex powder with Citrus solve 12.0-12.5 Ph, Oreck Soil Release pre spray, Ceramic and stone floor cleaner and a bottle of Red 1. I figured id use the Flex Citrus solv as a general Pre spray but im concerned that 12.0 Ph is too high and maybe I should get some Carpet Details (or Fabulous like the Wheeler Bros) as my general Pre spray and the Flex Citrus for heavy spot removal. Any thoughts?

    Great video. Thank you. How do ypu go about pricing a job? I see companies around me advertising 3 rooms for $88, and then I know theres other companies charging much more. Do you charge differently for encapsulation vs wet extraction?
    Also, is there any benefit to doing both?

    • @greenrhinoproject

      Do both. $88 for 3 rooms are hurting themselves and working to many hours. $40 per room is a fair proce to start.

    • @greenrhinoproject
      @greenrhinoproject  5 років тому +2

      No the solution tank is only 1.5 gallons, doing stairs would very difficult, it has no wand hook up so cleaning upholstery is out, plus cpm or suction is not strong enough will leave carpet to wet.
      I get many customers who own rug dr but call me because they dont like the results. So in good conscious I cant recommended.
