Please remember this is MY opinion and you may think the lace color is fine.
This unit does tangle, the more I played with it the more it tangled. Especially at the ends.
To me it’s a light silky texture
So I will try other techniques to get this lace together on the other unit I have from them! I will say that when you swoop hairs over the lace is way better but wearing it with no baby hair unfortunately in my opinion the lace is just too light and will have you feeling exposed. The unit is cute for sure just needs some elbow work! Have any tips leave them because I've been trying them all to get this lace together lol. Make sure to share share share!!! I don’t understand why the lace is so light. It’s mostly black women who purchase these wigs and the masses ain’t pale! 😩
Asia Shakur u can tint it or use the sally Hansen in the darker color or rinse it with a tea/coffee mix ☺️ they should offer some darker options but until they get the hint, those are just some suggestions. I’m light but my sisters are dark skinned and that’s how I do they wigs to match.

I spray the inside of the lace with a color that matches my skin and don't wear a wig cap. I think that's the trick with these units. I'm lighter anyway....so I LOVE these because trying to lighten dark lace is sooooo hard. It would be great if they just used transparent (absolutely no color) lace and then it would work on everybody. But geez....I wish they would upgrade the quality of the hair so it wouldn't tangle so badly. WIth a cap like that, I'd like it to last longer.
You can use brown hair color and hot water to dye the lace

I bought this unit last week. I like the unit, even though the lace is "lighter" but I fixed that. Minimum shedding so far, tangles in the back but thats to be expected from a synthetic wig. I will trim the back a little more. Got soooooo many compliments bc of the hair line looking like my own. Overall yes I like it and will get it in another color.❤

For me - I'm so happy with the lace bc not only does black ladies wear wigs, now many of us brown/light skin ladies do and as a beginner, I do not have the skills all you wig wearers do so I appreciate this easy to do lace look. I have thinning hair and I tried toppers but my damn hair is too thin for that. Besides, with wigs you can have so many different styles and I LOVE it. Thank you for taking your time to do all these affordable, beginner friendly wig tutorials. 🤗

I think they should have options to choose lace color just because there are so many of us of different colors no single lace color is going to work for everyone. This lace color would work for me but not for others. But I also do believe it is easier to make light lace darker than to make a lace that is too dark lighter.
Yes... you can't make dark lace lighter unless you use dye remover(which only works on fabric lace) or use foundation on top of it. I am so pale that unless the lace is a light light brown the foundation trick doesn't work. When I tell you I have given all my wigs to my sister becuz the lace is to dark :(

I definitely agree with the lace comments. I hate how light it is and you will get clocked as soon as you hit the sunlight. I was wearing Celeste and I caught a glimpse of myself in the window and my mouth damn near hit the floor. Now, I swoop the hair in front and, I use the Sally Hansen airbrush spray to blend it in.

Try the spray and see if you like it. It can be messy though so I would spray it on a paper towel or paper plate then use a foundation brush, dedicated just for that, to blot it and blend it out.

I love the the lace, its different for me b/c I'm dark-skinned. When I buy it it's too light but I just tint it dark with rit fabric dye & a little bit of powder and it's perfect!

Just purchased Chrissy an I LOVE the lace!! I didn’t have to layer an layer foundation an powder but I can understand why darker skin would have an issue.

I wish I would have watched this review before purchasing it! This wig is definitely one to work on. The lace is super light and it tangles so easily. I had a halo which everyone kept staring at no matter how much I covered it 😩 Overall you look beautiful ❤️

I'm so excited! I love this style, hairline & parting space! I won the color on the stock card from wigtypes. I'm hoping the copper color looks good on me as it will be my first time trying it. I'm also hopeful the lace will be just right for me since it's usually too dark for me.

sneaking as AJ light skin woman I appreciate that they have a light lace because everywhere I look they always had a light brown and brown legs I don't have the option of light lace unless I get transparent and then I have to pay an arm and a leg just for that and then they don't do transparent on synthetic lace wigs this cheap so I like that they have late lease and I hope they keep doing styles in light lace or transparent lace because there's no options out here for people of my skin tone I haven't tried this way yet but I'm looking forward to it and I hope is everything I think it is for me

To help with concealing the lace try using self tanners. It will actually stain the lace and not just cover it.. in the future I would appreciate if you gave some comments on size of the wig cap like the ear-to-ear measurement would be awesome for us big headed girls yo. LoTTaLeGGs Beauty I had to really tighten them up for sure! The copper one was really big on me more than the number 2 which is why i sprayed it down. The copper I added no spray and had to keep adjusting it for the video lol.

Everyone complains about how light the lace is but I think its better that way.. it allows you to put YOUR foundation on it and make it whatever shade you want.. if it comes as a PRESET BROWN, what about lighter skin women, or darker skinned women? itll be will harder to color and blend a PRESET BROWN lace color instead of a transparent color you can make your own.
