I feel it is rather preferred in clubs where lots of black music and hip-hop are played. Because Japanese people who like that kind of culture come there. Not only in the club scene, but in general, Japanese people don't like us very much. As others have commented, there are some who like black and mixed girls, but they are actually rare in Japan.
