I don't think you've watched enough pointless. There's a huge pool for them to go from, yeah football appears a few times more than most perhaps, but it's also England's largest sport. There's a larger number of words rounds and movie type rounds which are fraught with pitfalls as even movie buffs who choose those categories almost always fail as movie and theatre have an amazingly broad range to trip people up. I think it's a great show and really tests most morals thinking process.

Hi :-) We'll have to agree to differ :-) When you think they can take questions from the whole of general knowledge, the number of times football comes up is kind of wierd. Plus - I think it's true to say that a large percentage of women have no interest in football.
