    hey guys here i have done a compact matx build using the msi mag pano case
    however i did not use the msi project zero mobo, instead i used a normal matz motherboard gigabyte b650m gaming wifi
    and was still able to successfully build and hide all cables
    this case is for the project zero mobo by msi, but that does not mean u cant make it work with another motherboard
    enjoy

    hey uys one thing i need to point out, i didn't realise the side case fans were reverse blade, so the way they come installed is for intake, wen i flipped them around they became exhaust , so if u want intake for those fans leave them be, and if u want exhaust then u flip them.. pls do not make the mistake i did, thanks to a watcher who pointed this out ... shout out to them

    I dont know if you can help, but I have this case and would like to add additional fans like you did, especially in the front bottom of the case(psu shroud down the line maybe.
    I bought it prebuilt, and upon opening the back, all the connections on the fan control board are full with the connections from the fans the case came with.
    It looks like you used an additonal fan control board, but im a bit confused which cables i would specifically have to buy to make this work? Thanks man.

    • @MIKEYZVLOGZ
      @MIKEYZVLOGZ  15 днів тому

      firstly do any of the fan cables have a splitter that allows for a daisy chain? ... cuz that's all you need to make it work.. u would want to use super slims if u can like I did...or else the fans end up too close..which isn't an issue as it's only helping pull more cool air in... but I also think thin fans give it a much more cleaner look where the fans aren't right under the gpu

    • @MIKEYZVLOGZ
      @MIKEYZVLOGZ  15 днів тому

      I did use another hub or anything as I was able to daisy chain most of the fans together ...

    Hey,
    I recently built a pc. I bought Lian li ST120 fans (Kit of 3). I am not able to mount them on the mesh below the GPU. The screws don’t fit.
    Do you have any idea as to how can I fit those? I don’t have a return option for those fans.
    Edit: What are those screws you used for mounting the fans below gpu?

    • @MIKEYZVLOGZ
      @MIKEYZVLOGZ  Місяць тому

      I use normal screw for fans...that usually come with fans... lian li should supply the longer fans for when u need to mount through the fan and to radiator ... typical fan screws which are short and stubby are for when u mount a fan directly to pc case without anything between... that's what most long screws are for... if u don't have any ... goto a hardware store and get screws roughly m3 that are about 28mm long to 30mm so they can go through your 25mm thick fans... however just remember do not have them any longer them 28mm to 30mm as it will pierce tour radiator cooling fins...

    • @MIKEYZVLOGZ

    thinking of getting this case.. do you think there would be enough airflow for a 4090 worried it will be to close to the psu shroud?

    • @MIKEYZVLOGZ
      @MIKEYZVLOGZ  3 місяці тому +1

      depends how thick the 4090 actually is, some aren't as thick, u will then have to see if it touches the psu shroud or not, cuz air will flow from bottom to top and also intake from the side so i believe sufficient intake and u will have exhaust fasn on top so it will pull hot air out too, in the end its a matter of whether it touches it will be fine if its close, as it will still breathe

      It's hard to tell you what to buy because it comes down to personal preference

    • @MIKEYZVLOGZ
      @MIKEYZVLOGZ  3 місяці тому

      both cases are the exact same, biggest difference i see is the ragnartok has mesh panels top and side , which is both good for cooling and air flow, in the end its up to you they are basically the exact same case, also, the msi was built for the project zero, i think ragnarok is for matx of all sorts, meaning u can hide cables better as well , if your not using the msi project zero mobo matx then maybe get ragnarok case, cuz its for all typical matx mobos

    "Which direction should each fan case intake air, and which should exhaust air? Could you explain it to me? I like this case but I lack knowledge in this area. I intend to install all 10 fans as you suggested, without using liquid cooling but utilizing CPU coolers, and using fans on the top instead." thankyou so much i from sea i translate by chatgpt for ask you

    • @MIKEYZVLOGZ
      @MIKEYZVLOGZ  2 місяці тому +1

      ok so rule of thumb front intake ..side intake top exhaust rear exhaust bottom intake ..u always want more intake then exhaust ..however there are rare occasions when u use top for exhaust ..it depends on case ..but that's a good rule ro follow

    • @MIKEYZVLOGZ
      @MIKEYZVLOGZ  3 місяці тому +1

      ok so the way the case comes with the fans on the side ...leave them be ..they are set to intake ..so they pull cool air in... if u want exhaust there instead then u can flip the fans ...the x3 fans u see together on the side... they are reverse blade fans meaning they push air the other way..direction of air flow

    • @MIKEYZVLOGZ
      @MIKEYZVLOGZ  3 місяці тому +1

      u don't have to do anything ...they are made that way because most fans have the frame side showing when you use a fan as intake ..so reverse blade fans were made so your fans always look good when you install them...no more looking at the frame side ..thanks to reverse blade fans
