I think personallyI think the wall decor made with the garden fence is so adorable. After everything was glued I would tape off the frame and I would paint the garden fencewith metallic paint, Stony look spray paint, anything to give it more textured look. It would be so cool
An FYI for anyone that may not realize it... the miter saw box slides so easy because one edge of the bottom is raised so that you can hang it on the edge of your table. You hang that edge over the table, push it toward the table with one hand while you saw with the other. Your hand keeps it from slidding as you pull the saw back and the edge hanging over the table holds it in place as you move your saw forward. I hope that explanation made sense.
I noticed also of people doing it wrong myself and it’s kept sliding back and forth.
I’ve screwed mine onto a wood table I use for crafting.
FYI....if you thread the wire from the front of the basket through the board, then you can twist it in the back and cut off ends so they don’t poke anyone. You did a lovely job on the hand lettering on the Market board. I would use my Cricut or the large word stickers on a sheet from the Dollar Tree. Also I’ve seen another DIYer use a “miter scissors” cutting tongue depressors and wood beads in half. What a game changer! I’m going to look into getting one. It will come in handy for many projects. Thanks for the great ideas!
This is my first time seeing this DIY video, and I was amazed at how many of the projects I wanted to make!! And the majority of the items needed for the projects are from Dollar Tree and Walmart. I have to try and make some of them, they are all amazing!!
Definitely going to make the one with the garden fence
Love all of these DIYs! Have you ever looked into getting lath boards from your local Home Depot or Lowe's? They are a much better value than painter sticks. They are 4 ft long and you get a bunch of 50 for around $12-$15 depending on where you live. I love them for quick easy frames.
Thanks for the tip! I love the large green double shelf/4-cube with chicken wire on the back, and was adding up the total cost in my head....the amount of paint stick slats really "make" the project ( and it really looks to be made of crates as well as adds to the sturdiness of the piece) , but there's a lot and I was thinking of what else might be even more cost effective.
So many fun , useful and classy projects in this video; it's def a keeper in my fave file. Heidi, you always deliver such great ideas and videos, and have a talent for instructing too!
Hi, the black divider, is Garden fencing LOL loved the DIYs!
Love the shutters.
Love them all! I'm definitely going to make the spools of thread! Obsessed!
Hi Angela.
I can't even pick out a favourite, they all are so adorbs
You could put the ribbons, jute or whatever else you buy( for your decorations you make) on the big spools , I think it would look awesome in your craft room
The shutters were amazing. The chicken wire thing you made, though, had to cost quite a bit in paint sticks.
Loved the wood .
The plank of wood that says Easter, I bought two of those and made them into tables with plunger stick as the legs.
that sounds SO COOL Charlene :)
When I get home from work I do dinner and then I go down in my craft Room. I check in see if you had a new video on if not I go to your Playlist & watch a Odis but goodies Videos. (I usually always catch you on replay) I'm crafting right now I am doing a conversation heart Garland.💙
I love the stand
you have great hand skills nice wrighting thank you
Love love, love projects
I'm watching this again. For 3rd time.and it seems I see something knew each time
Love the hook DIY!
Omg!! You are a GENIUS!! I'm making ALL ofgthese!!
I know i just found her n i should have neen sleeping ages ago but i cant stop myslf...i have 2 see what else she has done. Im also going to do then all. Im so psyched
I absolutely loved this. So many I want to try!!!!
I really love these! Looks just like shutters! Wow, this tiered tray would be great for the bathroom counter!
Put you miter box on a rubber or silicon sheet when sawing to stabilize on work table. I use
a silicone pastry sheet (to roll out pie crust on).
Loved the mirrored frame. The EAT sign
I believe they are called garden edging. That would look great with a mirror in the center.
The art piece you made with the flower guard is awesome, but my favorite was the tier tray.
Love your channel and this wire basket project, however I would use black zip ties to attach the baskets. I think it would make it stronger and able to hold more weight.
You are so so talented. Loved the little flower stand for sale.
Hi Shellie.
Absolutely love the shutter!! Can’t wait to try this
Girl you are so creative❤ I am in love with them ALL
Hey Heidi, awesome projects today and I cant wait to try them! Especially the tier tray! I dont know if you know it or not but theres a little "lip" on the bottom of the miter boxes to hug the edge of a table, this holds it steady while you cut! I didnt know this for a long time and I heard another u-tube talk about it, Genius! Lol
Hi Dana.
Pretty, very creative!!
Your handwriting is so pretty! The lantern and the big mirror are my favorites.
I watch UA-cam while crafting
Projects r awesome! TFS! ❤️🌸🌺. Edging for flower beds!
I just love this video.... I really like how long it was and with it all being about wood. Love from Michigan
I love the shutters. They don’t even look like what they started as! Also love the mirror window! Wanted to check something similar when we get done remodeling our bathroom to reflect light. Subscribed.
Hi, how are you doing??
I use white house paint all the time! I put a bead in my nose when I was little too! Haaa! Kids r nutz hah? Lol
LOVE..LOVE...LOVE those shutters!!!
Hi Joann.
Loved the video and watching each craft again.I like how you put them all together. Thanks for sharing and the inspiration 😃💓🎶🌹
Hi Sandra.
(Garden fence) I like with out the circle in the middle
All of these are so cute. I have to try to do all of them! Thanks for sharing!!😊😉 please show us your craft room! I am so glad you mentioned your home channel! Guess where I'm going nex!! I love your pizza pan for your glues.
These are some of my favorite videos you’ve posted. I’m so glad you’ve coupled them all in one 😁
Too cool. I need a full length mirror so to do one similar to yours would be perfect.
Hi Lori.
Great video Heidi👍
Love the shutters!
Hi, how are you doing??
Heidi, I love watching your videos. You said you love sewing and I sew and wondered if you could do some sewing projects ?
Garden fences...😂
Nice 👍🏻
A paint marker is quicker for those who want a hand painted look but don't have the hand painted or the vinyl cutter time.
They are called garden bed fencing or border fencing.
Thank you for another iconic video! Can you please share the printable link for the sewing spool? I don’t see it😊
I would add wheels or some legs to the double trey you made, legs will improve the look, wheels will be practical because with food, it can get heavy.
I love to craft in silence. I tend to craft while everyone is sleeping. This is my quiet time to meditate and do something soothing and relaxing
Love this video!!
Love it!!
For the mitre box, if it’s sliding on you, you could try putting a anti slip mat under it so you don’t have to move over to the carpet. Just a thought 🤷♀️
Well done ! 💗
Hi, how are you doing??
❤Hi Heidi. As usual great job.
I would love to be able to hand paint letters like you do but I have palsy and it's very difficult. Someday I hope I can afford a cricket
Hi Janie.
I listen to music or nothing. Sometimes I just work in silence, it tends to get my imagination working.
Heidi.. I want to start a Chanel... what camera do you use? And how did you learn to edit/voice over, and everything? Ps... I love you so much, I know if anyone will answer, you will
I adore you ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Deana.
Nope I can not, I can't pick one I like the least. How can I pick one I like the best. They are all lovely.
Is this Jennifer Maker? Your voice sounds so much like hers! :) and your hands remind me of Jennifer's too:))
A lot of people also call it a Trellis.
Do you choose the ads that appear on your video?
Is it called garden fencing?
Where do you get your mirrors?
Garden fence 😂😂
Hi Kimberly.
Did you notice that your Thursday on the blackboard is missing its "r"???
It's garden fencing
Hi pretty lady.
When I’m crafting I watch/listen to true crime videos on UA-cam 😆
They are called trellis
I get my E6000 at dollar general store for 2.50
fence .... its a garden fence
Love these, as always!!
And Walmart has a miter saw & box combo for less than $10.
The two one that
LOL on the late-night crafting. I always say I sew in my sleep. Love you all's ideas!!
Why didn't you put the wire through the basket and tie them off on the back of the board?
I really like the frame with the “garden fencing” as wall decor. It looks like it could have been an expensive piece. All your projects and the way you explain your process is beyond helpful. 😊👍🏻🌺
I totally agree.
I have noticed that you use a lot of the Ryobi tools in your video's. I am starting to buy myself more tools now that I'm getting more into DIY'ing. Would you recommend the One + Ryobi system? Is there anything to beware of regarding the brand? Its the brand I have been looking at and am very interested in since they never change their battery hookup style.
You came up in my recommendations this morning and I'm OBSESSED. I'm about to go spent too much money at dollar tree. 😂😂
Yup watching this for the third time like a TV series! 😂😂😂
Move over 😂😂
Hi Heidi. This is Lily from Miami. Loved ur crafty ideas on this videos and always. But the mirrow window look is my my favorite. I have been thinking to do it for my room on the back of my wall bed. Thk u so much. God bless u..
@Nicki Lopez
Next time, I'll have my tea, chips, pen and paper 😉🤣🤣
Yes!! Me 2!! I like watching them also.

I've seen similar projects like this. However, yours turned out the best so far. You do the little extras. More old school. Like filling in the seams. Drilling the holes. It adds to it.
Suggestion-for the E600. Dollar Tree has toothpaste tube rollers. Use one on the E6000. It really helps get all the glue out. I buy alot of these tubes around the house.
You are so incredibly talented! You’re also fantastic in how you teach us! Love your channel ❤️😊
I’ve been using wall paint for just about every craft I’ve been doing. I can’t believe it’s worked so well so can’t complain.😊❤️
Is it less expensive than craft paint? Thanks
Ginny Le I can’t be sure of the price. It was bought several years ago and I had a lot left over. It seems to do the trick and I’ve done quite a few projects and still have a lot left over. I’m in Canada so I know some of our craft supplies are a lot more expensive. I’ve never even seen Modpodge at our dollar stores and it gets quite pricey here. It definitely would be something to consider if you do a lot of craft painting.
@@ginnyle I go to home Depot or Lowe's and I asked for their oops paint. people have paint made up and then not like the color and bring it back and you'd end up with a quart of paint for 2 bucks. Definitely more cost-effective than a dollar for Apple barrel paint in the little container. You can also buy whatever color you want in the quart-size and it's not much more and it's not much more
mary beth olewinski thanks so much
You are a natural teacher! Your voice is soothing and encouraging. I love your content and just recently found you on Instagram!💜
Love all your DIYs!!
Tip for everyone: you can screw your miter box to a piece of wood to keep it from moving/sliding around. Or you can buy a rubber anti-slip mat (for underneath rugs) from Dollar Tree to put your miter box on to keep it from sliding. 😃
MOM TO MOM, ALL CAPS TO MAKE SURE YOU SEE IT, IF YOU BLOW, A QUICK PUFF INTO THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE MINI HUMANS NOSE, THE OBJECT (GREEN BEAN, POPCORN KERNEL, POM POM ETC) WILL COME SHOOTING OUT, this has been tested, my son had Green Bean for a nickname, just until my daughter became Popcorn...
LOL. I have a daughter who we could've nicknamed Coffee Bean, I guess! (oh was that fun!)
I love the shelf! How many packs of paint sticks did you use
They call it a garden fence 😊👍
Hi, how are you doing??
Love these wood DIYs Heidi! Thanks so much for sharing 🙂
Thank you for doing a compilation vid! I missed the faux wrought iron one, and it was so beautiful 👏🏻👏🏻❤️😘
Love , love , love the shutters .
Love this compilation. I prefer project with wood aspects in them so I will be saving this video to go back to. The shutters are going to be my next bigger craft I take on, they are so cute! Thanks for this, happy crafting and stay safe. XO
One major request.... please make shorter videos. 3-4 diy per video is more than enough. That way its easier for the viewers to mentally grab the ideas. Longer videos... well most of us will forget and eventually just pass. Thanks.
My husband and I have been home since March 14. We plan on staying home another month. So glad to have your and other UA-cam channels to watch keep me grounded. The shutters are such a cute idea. Would love to have the supplies to make it now, but I have a huge supply wish list for when we can finally get to the store. (As for the garden pieces, I call them garden edging or just garden fences.)
I just can't pick one favorite as they are all so amazing! The old wooden spools were very creative but I liked the little corner shelf too. Yep, I'm still not sure which ONE I would pick as a favorite. Thanks for all of these great projects.
Oh my gosh girlfriend. Get yourself one of those old fashion staple removers! Even Walmart carries them for a couple bucks. They take those staples out so easily!
right, then you have a bigger size canvas and no waste, except the stables/lol
I think DT even carries them, especially at back to school time
OMG, WOW!
WER HAVE UVE BEEN? I❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤THE FACT U GAVE US SOOOO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM!!! IM NEW TO UR CHANNEL, U SAID U HAVE OTHERS ONES? COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHERE I CAN FIND THEM? I ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ EVERYTHING U DID! AMAZING JOB.

ASoule...just go above, click on her name and it will take you to all her playlists.
I have also been sewing since I was a child, so I really love the spools. I am going to make a couple for myself and some to give as gifts! Thanks so much for putting all this together in one video! You rock!
