By the way, in original concept of charms and weapons there were shoe with wings, you can use it's picture for "wings" icon in Porkind's emporium. Also at first in Cuphead had to be Something (charm maybe) where shields were spinning around Cuphead

I don’t think the shield charm didn’t even do anything because when you took damage on dirt ball the next didn’t damage you because you can take no damage after a few seconds
power rush is good in the terms that if your on 1 hp, you make up for that with more damage, less hp, more damage, more hp, less damage, it balances out the game in a way where if your on 1 hp, you can wreck some bosses insanely hard and fast at the cost of being weak in terms of health, it's a massive help if you wanna get a quick victory, at the cost of losing your A+ because you don't have the required health points. shield isn't that good because sure, it's a chance to destroy the projectile that hits you, but it's a low one none-the-less, there's no proper use in trying to tank a hit from a boss if your on 1 hp just for you to not successfully tank the hit, if it's buffed up to a 50% chance but less hp, I think that it's a good charm, it can help you train against bosses because you can never get an A+ with the lower hp you start with. float's good, but not in many cases. in run & guns it's great because you can kinda just float over the bosses or enemies you don't wanna deal with because of your slow falling speed, get some high ground, jump, and float over the boss, possibly the duck machine in the circus run & gun, but the circus run & gun would also be practically impossible with it because you can't parry the bells to get up, I see no proper good use in it other then run & gun speed runs. directional dash is great for escaping tight situations, about to take damage? no worries! dash straight up, it also helps in run & guns for not just skipping bosses for P rank's, but it's also good for escaping pits or falls, Insurance is mid, it's basically just power rush but it gives you EX instead of damage buff. Overall, POWER RUSH: A+. SHIELD: B-. FLOAT: C+. DIRECTIONAL DASH: B+. INSURANCE: A-. this is my opinion on them, don't criticize me for it please

what i think about each one: wings: sounds cool but very situaicinal, will work good fighting the dragon and bee. daigonal dash: from what i ahve seen, it should need to be nerfed to the length of a regular dash, but it sound kinda cool, didn't find any usefulness though. shield: i think its weak, it doesnt work most times, chances to maybe didnt work at all, and there are a llot of better ones for defence, like ms chalice 2nd super and parry sugar. insurance: really hard to balance, with 3 health its weak, and with jimmy power it's op. really like the concept though. power rush: my favorite from this bunch, it can be powerful, but for the cost of losing 2 lives in the process. also it will be very good for speedruns, altough for s ranks it's useless.
If your gonna P rank all of the Bosses I was thinking the Sheild is the best Charm of the New Charms the others either need to get hit or is just a Improved Version of the current move that Cuphead Has for Example the Direction Dash is a dash that can Be use to get higher jumps but this is kinda Pointless unless up against Rumer honey bottems or Grim Match Sticks I’m not sure if I’m saying it right but still that’s why I think the Sheild is the best to P rank….. but I can be Wrong I’m just Guessing
But if your playing Cassully the Other charms can be helpful like let’s say Power rush or Insurance power rush gives you a Damge boost but only if you atleast get hit and the Insurance is almost the same but Insted of Damge up you get 2 extra Cards I’m not sure what’s better but im not here to Juge I’m just Saying random Things for no reason

Power Rush in Cuphead is the best for when you're on 1 HP left and that you get an increase in your attack power and your super too. It's equivalent to Rage or Underdog Boost in Smash Bros. 💪 2. Insurance is good too, gives you two cards each hit your player takes; relying on it has to be depending on the situation because unlike Power Rush, it doesn't increase your attack power. 3. Directional Rush is okay, slight increase in mobility and air time, but I think this mod will only be useful for small moving platform bosses or hard to reach areas. Using this on certain grounded boss fights will make your gameplay honestly insufferable. 4. Float is meh. Sure you can hover and avoid projectiles, but you still need to time your jumps and parries. Plus, you'll be sitting duck for enemy attacks, it'll be like shooting a bird out of the sky. 5. Shield, why bother with it? You'd be relying on 25% luck for yourself to get hit and NOT lose an HP. Shielded from one projectile yes, but lots of them coming all at once by almost every boss, and you can kiss that S rank goodbye. Just learn how to dodge in Cuphead; shield sucks. 😂
D dash shouldn’t be a thing it makes cuphead too easy and cuphead is hard and the wings should give you 2 flutter jumps and the shield should never block with chance rather design a actual shield and every hit you take the shield will take it only if you’re facing the attack it should take 5 hits then break

Djimmi is a plane boss, so you can't use charge shot.
