I have applied for university and got admit for FALL 2022 unfortunately, my visa got rejected and I differed my I20 for SPRING 2023 due to some uncertainty visa slots had not been released for us (REJECTED CANDIDATES). As I have already paid $2000 for I20 previously, I got a mail again regarding that now I need to pay $2000 again to get my differed I20 for FALL 2023 and it is mentioned that if I was not going to pay the fee they are going to cancel my I20. So, I actually went with a consultancy for applying to UIS which is linked with another consultancy which is located in US (SHORELIGHT). so I mailed all this things to university, but university said that I had applied with the private consultancy So, i need to talk with them and they can't do anything. Is there any way you know about these things. If yes, please let me know the solution it might be helpful to us. There are lot of students who are facing this situation. 😢😢

I think you have to mail finance team - finance@uisglobal.org. Email them, and they are asking you to pay more 2000 $ right?, this is because they increase the deposit amount to 4000$ now. So as you already paid 2000$ they are asking you to pay more 2000$. The amount you pay (4000$) will be deducted from total fee.

Nothing like that, Computer Science and Management Information system Cource people will also get GPSI. We are computer science students, we are presently doing GPSI.

Important thing is that you want a state university not a private education. There is a lot of oversight in terms of quality when it comes to state universities. Private is where you get scammed. Don’t do that to yourself.

Ya it is called GPSI, Graduate Public Service Internship. Anyone can Apply for it. You should upload 3 LOR’s for GPSI.
->A maximum of 40 credit hours tuition waiver
->The stipend for August 16 to May 15 is $1,200 per month, and $2,400 per month for May 16 to August 15 while interns work full time.
->Weekly Schedule: 20 hours per week during the academic year, and agency equivalent of full-time (normally 37.5 hours) during the summer.
->Tuition Waiver/Credit Hours: For the fall and spring terms of both your first and second year as a GPSI intern, you receive up to a 10 credit hour graduate tuition waiver. For the summer term between your first and second year of graduate school you receive up to a 4 credit hour graduate tuition waiver (optional). If you are an out-of-state student, the tuition difference between out-of-state and in-state is waived.
