It's just a storyline created by Doctor Doom in Battleworld. Those were actually different variants of the Hulk, similar to the hundreds of Thor variants introduced in Secret Wars, as well as Wolverine and MODOK variants in the Battleworld comic. After the Incursions in the multiverse, various versions of every superhero appeared to exist on this patchwork planet called Battleworld, which was made from the remains of every destroyed universe after Doctor Doom became the Beyonder. He had to create this storyline so that even if many variants lived together on one planet, there would be nobody having doubts about it.
