Cagliostro was born a sickly boy a thousand years before the start of the setting, and he lamented every second of it. He had an unshakable will and incredible stubbornness however, so he started to look into the elements of the world to try and figure out how to make a new body for himself so he would no longer be as sickly. And with the help of his little sister, he succeeded, and continued to make leaps and bounds in alchemy, founding the very art himself. The reason for Cagliostro being a girl is for the sole reason of "girls are cute", and that's why she's a girl now. She very often brings out a cutesy persona with people she's unfamiliar with to keep them off guard, but her real self is rude and haughty, super proud of her ability, but will show respect to those who she's comfortable with just being herself. Of note is when she brings out her actual self, she speaks in masculine terms. Something to keep in mind.
I can see that in the music now...the cutsie light-hearted tone of the music matching that upbeat persona she uses, but then as it progresses and you get used to the melody the song's true colors come out representing her more aggressive side, and then finally transitioning into both coexisting at the end to make your ears melt showing that despite both being polar opposites, they are apart of the same person. You know it's so nice and refreshing to see and hear a drummer who likes music. My father was a drummer who liked music too. He was so fun to play guitar with.
I like how the transition is so good, it become from happy anime to metal and yet he didn't react right away. That show that even if the genre were really different, the transition was well made. Love that song. I still am not going to pay for a game that you need to pay hundreds of dollars for having all the characters... but good music.

the full game is full of bangers, and im pretty sure that the original gacha game also has amazing music. like you have uematsu and narita as composers.
Although the only flaw with the game is well, the character roster. Half of the characters so far are paid DLC. Once you get all the DLC characters, then the game actually becomes a lot better. Then again I’m being extremely bias on how I judge fighting games.
Okay... but is this really any more out there than the More Friends performance of One Winged Angel? It goes back and forth between orchestra, rock, and chourus, and it has some weird time signatures and syncopation.
