INGREDIENTS FOR MOTTE KAIMA SAMBER RECIPE ::
(Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespooon)
Egg - 4 nos
Gram flour(chickpea powder )- 2 tsp
Chopped onion - 1 nos
Cooking oil - 3 tbsp
Sliced Onion - 1 nos
Taste for salt
GRINDED MASALA :
Chickpea - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1 nos
Garlic - 1 nos
Ginger - 1 inch
Coriander leaves little
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Cloves - 4 nos
Block pepper - 1 tsp
Jeera ( cummin seeds )- 1/2 tsp
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Water little

Very nice recipe. I make only mutton kheema unde curry but the procedure is same. Your version will be lighter than eating mutton. I will definitely make this. Thank you.
To the egg kheema mix we can add finely chopped coriander leaves and dill (sabsige soppu) leaves. Add as much as you like. And to the gravy we can add roughly chopped methi leaves during first tadka, before adding the ground masala.
Then the dish will be very fragrant and very tasty.
