The city trash volume is triple most areas. So pick up is recommended the night before Also with congestion and less traffic on populated routes. Routes in my old neighborhood start around 1am and the latest they’ll come is 8. San men work 3 shifts 12am -8am. 5am-1pm. 4pm-12am. What ever 12-8 don’t finish the 5-1 gets
