In this video number {1163} Richauto 3 Axis CNC controller console communication failure. this console was not estabilishing communication with 3 axis controller. i checked its 50 pin pcb mounted female connector was damaged. i replaced its connector

it is WELLER WR3M rework station
if you want a single desolder then i recommend HAKKO 808
it is really awesome handy tool. very cheaper that WR3M
