MoJack Pro Lawnmower Lift - Binding Issue Resolved!

After assembly, my lift would exhibit at times "binding" issues when turning the handle in the UP and DOWN directions. Today I decided to dig deeper into the problem to find root cause and a resolution. Spoiler alert: The power drill side gear box was the issue!
