So, i was in the artist alley here too! im from the northeast and flew here (with a free flight voucher Thank god) but tables are 350-400 for even the smallest shows around here, so table didnt scare me. I like the biggest issue with this show was layout. They put their milk in eggs right in the front by putting all of the celebrities and exhibitors right when they first enter the convention center and shoving us in the back. People had already spent their money. The vibe in general just felt kinda ... off? People didnt seem that excited to be there. I luckily did decent but if i had paid for my flight I could not have said the same
Omg yes you said it perfectly! It sucked seeing a big crowd and long line right at the entrance then people just fizzle out by the time you even GOT to the artist alley section! Other shows I've done make it so people HAVE to pass through vendors and artist to get to the celebs and that works so much better imo ( also yaaaayy we love free flights!! That cuts down the cost soooo much )

OMG I totally agree. this con really disappointed me! you could tell they were greedy for every vendors and artists $$ booth fee! The most expensive con I've done :( I walked away making a profit but it was just NOT it! I shouldnt be sitting for hours with no customers !!! esp when I paid $400+ to be there. They need to streamline the AA. Thanks for all the feedback

So I just use plastic cubes you can get from Amazon and print out a 12x12 design then use mounting putty (but you can use spray glue or double sided tape) to attach it to the cubes
