Yeah sadly, but they're in the American + brand names market so they will 100% markup the price for profit like any other brand like Apple and Samsung.
I’ve had the Liberty 3 pro for quite a while. My 3 reasons for not liking them are 1: They fit my ear but aren’t “sleepable” as they stick out too far for me to lay on them 2: I personally think the transparency mode is not good at all. I can hear what’s going on around me and have conversations but they still block out A LOT of sound. When I take them out of my ear that’s when I realize how not-so-good the transparency mode is 3: the battery life during a phone call can be hit or miss. Sometimes I can go a while before the audible warning and sometimes I need to swap pretty soon to the other earbud

Another great video. Ive had my Liberty 3 pros for a few months now and love them, especially for making calls in the go. Plus, I got mine for $90 during Prime Days, making them a clear choice over Pixel buds pro. On the other side, I have a pair of Buds-A and the integrations with my 6A and easy Google assistant is really nice. Might scoop up some Buds Pro when the price drops.
Thanks for the review I've had both and the sound cores were great but they were too bulky for my small ears. Loved them when I had them. Pixel buds pro I'm enjoying but I do wish they would have kept the stem from previous versions
Thanks for this quick review and comparison. Not sure taking the wing off was a great idea, but perhaps most importantly, the Pixel buds price is out of line.
I'm honestly hoping that Google comes out with the equalizer for the Pixel Buds Pro very soon so I can at least try and make these earbuds sound better. If not, it's an immediate return because as a Canadian, I paid $300 for these. Not worth it.
I gotta disagree, I have both and Pixel Buds Pro are way louder than L3P (excluding LDAC but that melts your battery). Sound could be a bit crisper on PBP but loving the Pixel Buds over them so far.

Mainly for call quality, but partially from sound if I have them in before it after a call, is it worth getting the Liberty 3 Pro over the Soundcore A2 NC? Pre-ordered the Pixel Buds Pro as soon as I was able to, and returned them the day after receiving them. The Pros were causing a weird nauseating effect as I wore them. I think it was due to the fact that the buds go so deep into the ear canal. Also, the sound quality was on the low end. My Wf1000XM4's have me too spoiled
Got the 1st gen of Pixel Buds and was happy in the beginning - but not for long. The building quality was not good and there was connection issue then battery issues happening. Very disappointed about that.
Another solid video! Sorry to ask an unrelated question. I’m an iPhone user, but I’m considering buying a budget android device to make sure of the higher audio codecs. I’m thinking maybe a recent budget device, or older device to keep cost down, but I still want a quality experience via Bluetooth. Any recommendations? Headphone Jack a plus, but not required.
Look at older LG devices like the G8 or V50/V60. Both offer a HiFi Quad DAC on board so perfect for IEM use. They also support LDAC and aptX so they will have you covered there as well. If you want to add aptX adaptive and LHDC you will probably have to pickup a Xiaomi 11 or 12 series device.
Hmm ? Ok I have and do now and then still use the soundcore liberty 3 pro but lately I've been having some issues with them so I've been using as my all the time soundcore life note E. And they sound nice no issues at all specially for 40$ you can't go wrong ! But I've seen those pixels and mmmmm maybe maybe no try I don't yet. Very interesting though mite look in to them.
The only thing I can complain about the liberty 3's is the fact the battery goes so quickly with the ldac mode on cause you gotta have it to listen to music with leaps and bounds...
I really like having an app with EQ for my buds but one great thing about Android is that every streaming service has that built in EQ in their respective apps. You can get the sound profile you want out of any of them, even Apple Music.
While I really liked this review, i think you should point out that while the pixel buds pro get 1.1db louder, you most likely won't need it with the liberty 3 pros since they have better noise cancellation. It's always better to subtract what you don't want than to overpower everything with what you do want. I'll be watching this channel for more now 👍
Great review, touching all factors that matter in depth! You helped me make my decision final. I'm not rich, nor am I an audiophile, so Liberty pro 3 it is!
Love the reviews, I have 2 pairs of liberty pro 2’s(his and hers). I am looking for a good pair for work. I want a pair with the best water resistance and they need to be button control, not touch. Any suggestions?
The Jaybird Vista 2. The only compromise is they offer a combination of both tap and button controls as well as being customizable in the app. -> geni.us/JaybirdVista2TWS
Hey man I'm so confused at this point. Im returning the pixel buds pro, I have xm4's, linkbuds and S and every Samsung buds. I got a problem lol. I'm looking for sound quality and call quality the most. anc is kinda whatever. Do you have any recommendations?
There is definitely a problem keeping the pixel buds pro in the ear. They do tend to slide out. I have both devices and I am getting annoyed by the pixel buds pro sliding out. Pretty annoying. There is also a stuttering bug I have noticed with the pixel buds pro that happens occasionally. I will have to keep testing them out to see if I have a defective set. I went back to my Soundcore for now.
@@ELJefeReviews i need a good sound and ANC for study purposes. I will use them for zoom meetings as well. So to sum up, 1.Sound 2.ANC 3.Call Quality thank you for your concern.
Thank you very much for the review. I am still confused as i do not wont to spend more that 100 euro for TWS. And now my Melomania 1 stop working. So I am still searching for a tws with as good as i can get Cambridge audio signature (not bass head) for listening my Jazz Exotic and other stuff, but I need nd a very good call quality as tired of changing to wired headphones to speak. I see that Google Buds A series make excellent job to sound quality but i am not sure about the call quality and i see that are better that Buds Pro as in the money I can spend I can not have ANC which is ok. On the other hand I see that LB3Pro have very good call quality but I am afraid that the sound quality is focused more for Bass head and can not much the Sound Signature of Cambridge Audio. (I try to google if with the custom EQ could succeed to have more Balance sound) Can you help me please? Liberty 4 are not in Europe as i like more their design so not to have huge buds. What should I should choose in this budget, to sacrifice Audio Quality or Call quality. Thanks for all!
@@ELJefeReviews No i do not want Cambridge any more as the call quality is terrible. So i look elsewhere. That's why I am about these two earbuds I just want a good call and audio quality. I looked for an opinion as you have tested so much headphones such us Google, LB3 pro, Liberty 4 as sony Cf500. Thanks for all.
The problem with all the other earbuds compared to the LP3 is that the LP3s are as good or better than $300 - $400 earbuds, and can easily be found around $100 - $130. Ps: a test of the Huawei Freebuds Pro 2 would be really cool. 🙏🏽
Agreed. The FreeBuds Pro 2 were a bit disappointing. Especially compared to the Oppo Enco X2. I have a comparison video in the works but I'm not sure when I'll be able to release it.
After living with the liberty 3's for awhile, I decided I hate them. They are WAYYY too fucking big. Doing anything other than sitting in one spot, they're going to shift and loosen in your ears.
I am returning my liberty 3's because of how big they are. Inner parts of my ear turned dark red after using them for a day. The sound quality was exceptional but it is not wearable for me in the long run. It makes me sad that i can't use them.
After having them for a week this is my opinion They are the Airpod Pros for Android with just slight better bass. For me which I have a ton of different headphones as well the reason why I'm sticking with Pixel bud pros is.... Google hands-free voice assistant with is the better than Siri (sorry apple lovers 😂) in my opinion I have the Galaxy Z fold 3 and when using other earbuds the Google assistant for some reason was sluggish with the response time from other headphones but once I use the Google assistance on the pixel Bud pros it was instantaneous literally like the airpod pros on a apple device . So for me being a using that switched over from Apple this is a win-win because I use the hands free feature constantly in whatever I do which also includes on the computer as well as typing messages like right now LOL Yes I was spolled by the Airpod Pros so even thou they wasn't the best headphones on the market and I can say the same about the Pixel Bud pros , it's not the best for either but like the Airpod Pros it's a consistent 8 across the board and with a 10 voice assistance and I can live with that 💯 Another reason is being able to be ONLY earbuds that I know that gives you full controls while using one earbud. From one earbud I could turn on and off ANC / answer and hang up calls / and change the volume up and down / pause and skip forward and back basically all the controls that you need. This is so much often overlooked but it's finally here and if you anyone knows another earbud that can do all these controls on one earbud...please share ✌️

Took me about 5 mins to realize these weren't a new Soundcore liberty and I already have the black ones! 😄 I finished the video tho. 😁
I appreciate you watching the whole video bro!
@@ELJefeReviews Always!
Thanks for sharing!
I'm about to return mine as well, bummer
i have xiaomi 11t pro and tried to connect using ldac but never worked.. already activate developer options but still no use.. any idea?
Turn on LDAC in Soundcore app first. Then go to bluetooth setting and make sure the LDAC switch is turned on. No developer settings needed.
Thanks!
Welcome!
Got the 1st gen of Pixel Buds and was happy in the beginning - but not for long. The building quality was not good and there was connection issue then battery issues happening. Very disappointed about that.
These are not the first Pixel Buds. No connection issues here.
@@ELJefeReviews Thank you so much!
Fair enough!
The only thing I can complain about the liberty 3's is the fact the battery goes so quickly with the ldac mode on cause you gotta have it to listen to music with leaps and bounds...
I've been well over 50ft while at work with my Liberty 3s
Thanks for sharing.
Which sound better, L3P or Sennheiser MTW 3?
I really like having an app with EQ for my buds but one great thing about Android is that every streaming service has that built in EQ in their respective apps. You can get the sound profile you want out of any of them, even Apple Music.
Agreed!
The LP3's have dipped below $100 on Amazon...
Correct! They were $89 on Prime Day. This is a known fact.
Nevermind, just watched the A40 comparison, another great job... A40 it is, Thanks Jeffe!
Glad I could help!
🙏 good sir.
I was a big fan of the Fiil T1 like and earfuns, I think the pixel buds pro have a very similar fit in the ear to the T1 type buds
On my iPhone12mini 128 Gb the L3P go to 113db and AirPods Pro 109db on a sirene sound
Thanks for sharing.
Hi, would you mind please check out xiaomi's buds?
For instance xiaomi air2 pro or mi bud3 pro
Hi Mr keep up the good content- can you please answer a question. What’s the best sound quality iem under $80 that you can only use for rest of life
"Rest of life"? What does that even mean?
For comfort Pixel Buds Pro or OnePlus Buds Pro? I tried the Liberty 3 Pro and unfortunately was too big for my ears :(
For me, OnePlus.
@@ELJefeReviews thanks, jefe
Do the pixel buds sound like samsung buds? If so, that would make sense considering it seems the 2 companies are doing ALOT together right now.
Similar but not exactly the same.
May I ask, which one is better in terms of Sound Quality; Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro or Oppo Enco X2 Boss? Thank you :)
Soundcore
@@ELJefeReviews Thanks!!! :):):):):)
Hey man I'm so confused at this point. Im returning the pixel buds pro, I have xm4's, linkbuds and S and every Samsung buds. I got a problem lol.
I'm looking for sound quality and call quality the most. anc is kinda whatever. Do you have any recommendations?
Best ANC and Mics are the LinkBuds S, Liberty 3 Pro, and OnePlus Buds Pro.
@@ELJefeReviews thanks man. I wasn't really looking for anc but thanks for the reply!
Tbh Google pixel buds pro gives divine quality
Glad you like them!
Do Sound core pairs with google fast pair?
Galaxy Buds 2 pro vs Liberty 3 pro next please
Does this Liberty 3 pro still buyable for late 2022? In my country it is 150$. Also Huawei Freebuds 2 Pro and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro same price.
Liberty 3 Pro are better than both of those.
Hands down liberty 3 pros, to me they’re better than the Sony xm5’s also
Thanks for sharing!
Yup, tried comply ear tips and grip tape and they fall out every 10-20 minutes at work sitting at my desk. It's like no one tested these things.
Soundcore for the Win!!!!
Ayyyeee
Hey Jefe have you found your Liberty 3 pro wingtips getting in the way, and making it difficult for them to charge?
Not at all. So far so good.
liberty 3 pro and oneplus buds pro? which one is better in comparison of every factor?
One isn’t better than the other on “every factor”. Be specific about what you need out of them if you want my help.
@@ELJefeReviews i need a good sound and ANC for study purposes. I will use them for zoom meetings as well. So to sum up,
1.Sound
2.ANC
3.Call Quality
thank you for your concern.
Is it easy to place the spinfits on the PB Pros
No. See my unboxing and setup video of the Pixel Buds Pro to see what I mean. -> ua-cam.com/video/kmYZrjnlDCQ/v-deo.html
Liberty can be had for $83 , you know where
Nice!
You can't beat the soundcore app
Agreed!
If you want Cambridge Audio sound, buy Cambridge Audio. Expecting the same sound from a different company is a recipe for disappointment.
Not bass head?
- Oppo Enco X2
- Lypertek Z5
- Galaxy Buds2 Pro
- Pixel Buds A-Series
@@ELJefeReviews And please which one is better for calls for your opinion? Thanks for all!
no way... l3p is the best and beast ! then lp3 119 euro and pixel 219 euro on amazon -.-"
Glad you like them!
Mics on L3P are much better
Yeah. They are tough to beat for sure.
After living with the liberty 3's for awhile, I decided I hate them. They are WAYYY too fucking big. Doing anything other than sitting in one spot, they're going to shift and loosen in your ears.
Comfort is key. You gotta do what's best for your ears.
I am returning my liberty 3's because of how big they are. Inner parts of my ear turned dark red after using them for a day. The sound quality was exceptional but it is not wearable for me in the long run. It makes me sad that i can't use them.
💥🇺🇸💪 good review 🙏
Thank you bro!
Liberty 3 pros were 89 dollars on prime day
what a deal!
Thats why I was streaming both Prime Days so I could let everyone know about the awesome discounts.
@@ELJefeReviews maybe black Friday they will drop again
After having them for a week this is my opinion
They are the Airpod Pros for Android with just slight better bass.
For me which I have a ton of different headphones as well the reason why I'm sticking with Pixel bud pros is.... Google hands-free voice assistant with is the better than Siri (sorry apple lovers 😂) in my opinion
I have the Galaxy Z fold 3 and when using other earbuds the Google assistant for some reason was sluggish with the response time from other headphones but once I use the Google assistance on the pixel Bud pros it was instantaneous literally like the airpod pros on a apple device . So for me being a using that switched over from Apple this is a win-win because I use the hands free feature constantly in whatever I do which also includes on the computer as well as typing messages like right now LOL
Yes I was spolled by the Airpod Pros so even thou they wasn't the best headphones on the market and I can say the same about the Pixel Bud pros , it's not the best for either but like the Airpod Pros it's a consistent 8 across the board and with a 10 voice assistance and I can live with that 💯
Another reason is being able to be ONLY earbuds that I know that gives you full controls while using one earbud. From one earbud I could turn on and off ANC / answer and hang up calls / and change the volume up and down / pause and skip forward and back basically all the controls that you need. This is so much often overlooked but it's finally here and if you anyone knows another earbud that can do all these controls on one earbud...please share ✌️
Avoid pixel bud, it got quite a bit of problem.
Like what? Be specific because I'm not experiencing any problems with mine.
