Lost by 4 points to the team that placed 11th at the World Cup WITHOUT Embiid or Siakam. Imagine with them? Not only could they have qualified for the Olympics but they would have had a chance to advance out of pool play. When will Africans realize that getting a country like Cameroon in the quarterfinals of the Olympics will mean 1000x more, for the country and for your legacy, then winning a gold medal with USA??
That’s the issue they need both to have committed but international basketball isn’t that easy to just say 2 nba players would make a huge difference when they don’t regularly play together
