@@Auroth_DI fully agreed. Almost a quick and dirty guide to how to optimize fast ow farming builds. It might have been worth mentioning that the magic find % (maxed to 120%) greatly increases the drop rate and reduced farming time.
Magic find is a factor and there is a little bit of a trade off if you optimize your efficiency in respect to speed or DPS. At the same time the purpose of this game for me is a lot about being as strong as you can for different types of content. Focusing mainly on magic find or resonance greatly reduces your output in most types of content and then it kinda makes no sense for me to go down that route if the goal is to perform as well as possible. The speed in which you can farm if you build correctly compared to using 8x rk5 5-stars is huge. You will still have a lot of magic find and I think that it will both be more efficient and fun. The paragon tree is also an example. In that case treasure hunter would probably be the best choice resource wise but using warden is so much faster and it is always fun to push your OW farming to the limit :D For different types of content there are different solutions. I also like to see how far I can push the damage on the training dummy. What works best there might often not be optimal in dungeons or raids but it is still fun to test the "top speed" of my engine. I hope this all makes sense :D

I continue to prefer using 120% magic find as even after extensive farming I am still lacking essences (crazy game) and I see, when we group farm, that I need to clear my stash my double frequency than my party mates that have lower magic find. For me OW farming is all about dust, scraps and legos. ✌️
Thanks! A question regarding Issatar. Does it really work with other movement buffs, such as sprint? I was pretty sure only the best buff was used (and max 20% passive bonus). Do you use Issatar + Sprint?
With barb I use 4x issatar for 25% dmg buff (which also sprint triggers) and also I might ocassionaly forget to sprint for a second and then at least issatar will be active :) When sprint is active the movement speed from issatar doesn’t do anything so I would not recommend using 2x issatar if you always have another movement speed buff that is stronger or equal to 30% active
I’ve finally caught up! You’ve convinced me of the value of select 1-2 star gems over most ~r6 or even higher 5 stars. I just hope blizzard adds gem power transfer for 1-2 star gems. I’ve currently got 2 dormant 5 stars at any given time. Ironically, the ones I often swap in for PvP (chip and maw) are lower reso than my mostly filler gems (hellfire and howler’s call) that I normally use for pve. Are you confident that ranking up select 1-2 star gems and lowering my reso (around 5k with only 4/5 and 5/5 5 star gems) would improve my dps more than putting the same gem power into my 5 stars would? And just a small correction: warden actually gives 8% size, due to another of the actives. But good guide!
My gems are all r6 or r7: bsj, bottled hope, seeping bile, frozen heart, starfire shard, blessing, and the 4 I mentioned above. I was going based on assumptions, and pvp-focused advice from when almost everyone thought that reso was more important than gem effects. PS it’s crazy that my latest video is longer than your latest lol, but I think they compliment each other well. Mine goes into more of your typical level of detail, but focused on movement speed.

Main purpose of massacre is movement speed and it is most often capped so the massacre will not have any effect. Increased size will always have an effect on speed :)
This setup does not require void spark. Void spark shines most in spots with more open spaces where you are able to take shorter routes whenever you manage to apply damage to a pack from a distance where you would otherwise require a bit of a detour. You can also as mentioned in this video use void spark as an aux gem if you manage to get your hands on a rank 1 copy in the future 🙏 That will be good enough to use it as a DoT activator. The true stars in that category for most ow spots is volatility shard and igneous scorn and it’s enough to get them to around rk5. Even lower than that is great but then u do not get the 10% magic find.

This works excellent with necro. I did make an OW build video for necro u can check out that utilizes this setup 🙏 That build especially shines in open spaces

What im using right now is the magus build with coal for eyes and bone armor speed buff. That build was inspired from ur Magus build and was tweaked by another utuber, he credited u. In some videos there are more important details in regards to build composition or game mechanics that needs a deeper and thourough explanation in order to fully understand a certain concept. When presenting a subject in that category the result will naturally be a longer video 🙏😊 I know that this length is not enough to have a movie night 🤭
@@Auroth_DIwith your reso and secondary gems you should be able just run through without stoping with fire trail and ground stomp build. Leap looks cool but for a moment. Fire trail build is low maintanance and hassle free. No aiming like with leap. Just run and chill, everything melt behind you.
I use fire trail but didn’t have the essence yet when recording the background video used here. Using leap is no hassle for me and leaping from point A to B is a lot faster compared to just running 🏃♂️

Necro for sustained dmg. DH for compressed burst. There are lots of great builds for all classes though so play what you enjoy most :)

Did you try that build using the legendary gem composition described? Using those essences without the correct gem setup doesn’t work for me either 🙏
