ABBA's Björn Ulvaeus Makes Keynote Speech at EBU Media Summit 2018 | EBU Events

The first EBU Media Summit in Brussels on 19/20 April 2018 was opened by Björn Ulvaeus, who won the Eurovision Song Contest with ABBA in 1974. He discussed the importance of public service media in the current landscape as well as sharing news of how new technology is bringing ABBA back to life.

I don’t agree with every single thing he says, or at times even his premise, but he is so articulate and intelligent, that he’s still darned attractive to me. He was always the one I watched most when ABBA performed. Always struck me as a sharp guy - which is why he stood out. Always self-possessed and confident. Good job!
