  • Let's admit it... There at least 90% chance that whenever you see volta de lado capoeira movement / floreio done nicely, it is probably done by a student of the Cordao de Ouro Capoeira group.
In my opinion it is a signature movement of the group and it is beautiful, it is cool and it is possible to do so much with it. I did this video to find out what the hell I am doing wrong with my weaker side as it just doesn't work well. I think I got it...

Hello, minho. Your channel and contents are always interesting, and it's inspiring to see how you dedicate yourself to train and share your trainings. Btw, what are your tools of vlogging; camera, editing software, etc? Thanks.

Thanks, a lot man! Really happy you find it entertaining and inspiring. I do it for my own inspiration too. Seeing myself training makes me feel like training more and harder :)
I use nothing fancy - My iPhone, sometimes GoPro, recently started to use Canon G7X. iMovie for editing, squeezing it to the limits as it's very basic editing software. It actually start to fell lack of advanced settings and it's matter of time as I move to some more advanced software.

You might despise the gym, but doing bridge push ups, moving on to one leg bridge push ups, moving on to one arm bridge push ups, might be a useful bodyweight progression. Don't forget to do leg raises or pike compressions to train the anterior core.

Thanks for reminding me about bridge push-up! It's been long time since I've been doing those... which could be clearly seen on the video :P
      CHEERS!

@@byMinho I don't comment much on your channel (or at all, really), but I love your channel. It's very brass tacks, do the training, and do a lot of it. 500 repetitions is no joke, especially the way you do it with improvisations before and after the skill. Well done, Sir!
