Do people understand that through good governance healthcare can be affordable to all?
Which good governance? Healthcare is affordable to all only if we all pay for it because healthcare is supposed to be an insurance and you dont benefit from an insurance if you dont contribute.The president has requested all Kenyans to contribute to healthcare with a minimum of Ksh.300/= so that we can all benefit but it has turned out to be political.The government cannot manage to give free medicare to over 50 million Kenyans without insurance cover; hio pesa itatoka wapi? Najua mwingine anasema tunalipa ushuru kwa hivyo ushuru wote utaenda kusimamia matibabu na kwanza hautoshi; it is a lie; tunangoja serikali saidia na tutangoja tena sana.
Shouldn’t have to rely on the benevolence of the CS or anyone else. Healthcare must be a right supported by tax payers.

If it were not for corruption, that child would have had free health care. But because kk government steals all the taxpayer's money, health care becomes unaffordable to the ranks of okanga. We don't want these guys to steal and then come to flaunt that wealth by "assisting" the "masikini" they have created.
Even if we eradicate corruption 100/% my friend tusidanganyane no government in the world is able to give free medical/healthcare to its people without turning healthcare into an insurance where every citizen must and I repeat must contribute to healthcare. Hatuongei mambo ya panadol na Amoxil hapa we are talking about treating/managing diseases like cancer, heart,lung,kidney diseses, spinal injuries etc. Even if we send all our taxes into healthcare it is impossible for Kenyan government to provide free heathcare for over 50 million kenyans without insurance.
