I didn’t realize there was a nursery this large that specializes in Bonsai! And thanks for your suggestions for a newbie!
Amazing! Thanks for sharing the tour. Keep growing
absolutely amazing! thanks for taking us there!
Glad you enjoyed it!
It is a great place..thanks for showing us!!
That place looks awesome 👍🏼
It was!
that's the sort of place where you see the forest and not the trees
I love those junipers!! Are they pretty easy to keep and work with? (Newbie to bonsai, here)
Very surprised that Crape Myrtles make good Bonsai..! They grow great here in South Fla. Thanks…!
I have another video on my channel where we repot a large crepe myrtle, in case you're interested.
Good 👍
Thanks
Dude next time say the name of the place in the beginning.
Seems like this is the place to go if you want a uniform instant fix bonsai from mass production whereas backyard enthusiast are growing bonsais with a soul.
You forgot to mention that it is very important to know what climate zone you live in. For example my channel 'Woodcrest Bonsai" deals with many tropical trees because I live in zone 10 in Florida. At least half the trees that Brussels sell will not grow here. So please, if you're new to bonsai, realize that your best success will come growing trees that are adapted to you area.
I apologize for the confusion. Olive Branch, MS, is in climate zone 7b, while I'm located in climate zone 8a/b.
@@TrainingBonsai I've been to Brussels way back in 1992! It was large even back then. Whenever I do a video on Woodcrest Bonsai, because I grow so many tropicals, I try to let people know that I'm in zone 10 and that the trees will need some winter protection if they're grown farter north. Good luck on the growth of your channel!
I live like 30 minutes from Brussel's. Funny thing is, no one really knows it's here. Their shirts literally are about them being a secret haha
still haven't made it over there. i bought a redwood, kotohime maple, and sekka hinoki from them online.
Awesome! I was really tempted by the Kotohime Maples and the Sekka Hinokis, but I had to remind myself that I already have three Sekkas that I'm growing. I need to have patience and focus on them for now and enjoy the process.
Awesome place but man the some of the prices on their website are ridiculous
The prices are insane in person
You must be paying for age of the bonsai, so an hundred year old plant must way over $100 dollars
@@JS-jh4cy no a 10 year old straight as an arrow red or black pine are easily 1000 to 2000$ and plenty of very young material they want hundreds for that are in nursery pots
are these guys hiring? I got to believe growing bonsai is laid back job.
😁
Where in America?

What is the name of the bonsai nursery
Brussels bonsai
What state is the nursery in?!?!
Mississippi
According to Miyagi-san, it is bone-sigh.
Where is it??
Olive branch Mississippi
What's the name of the Nursery!!! Where is i t?? Why do you people always leave out the most obvious questions 🙄 that people what to know. First 3 trees I saw were junk!
Brussels nursery in olive branch MS. It's mentioned at the end of the video.
“Bonsai” is pronounced as “bone-sigh” (bohn-sai). The emphasis is on the first syllable, with “bon” rhyming with “bone” and “sai” sounding like “sigh.” Banzai” (万歳), a traditional Japanese cheer. “Banzai” roughly means “ten thousand years” and is often used to express celebration, encouragement, or respect.
Nothing stood out to you, translation: nothing worth the price
Haha, that's about right.
No bonsai should be indoors😂
Stop telling people you get indoor bonsai
Chinese elms indoors? 🤣 noooooo man
Perhaps you should qualify your statement with the word "year round." Not everyone has a greenhouse. Winter protection in our homes is necessary in same locales.
