Just in case people have similar problem: the source of the noise was from a rain gutter behind the wall. During windy season the gutter was vibrating at a very high frequency. The fix was easy.
I had the same problem of a vibration noises from the inside walls..I turned down the water pressure comingin..before the hotwater tank..it solved it...😊
I just had this in my place. I turned off the AC since I live in a two story. It wasn't the AC. Then I checked the gym room and found a box fan on that I had used earlier in the day. Once I turned it off, the vibrations went away. What is weird is that the vibrations were felt in my room, which is 3 rooms down the hall.

Help! I live in a small downstairs apartment. My upstairs neighbor is creating an electrical in and out humming in the walls. This is a white noise can’t sleep at all. The sofa in living room and my bed are vibrating at night from whatever she has running. This noise runs 35 hours at a time. I asked landlord and was told she has office above my room with WiFi and a computer but the room next to nine is doing the same thing, furniture vibrating. Upstairs neighbor was gone 11 days and all this noise stopped while she was gone. I want to ask her what she’s running upstairs but she don’t answer her phone. She told landlord she has nothing running which is bull in a chef salad. When she’s gone for days the noise stops. Before she left for vacation it sounded like a giant machine was shut down when she left that’s when the noise stopped 11 days. Landlord had circuit breakers replaced in basement. She said that’s not the problem. Any suggestions? Help!

My downstairs neighbour drag furniture across a tiled floor!!! The vibrations are driving me to suicide! I have done everything in my power to stop it! That includes not only talking to them about it, but also offering furniture pads to them which they never used.😢😭

It sounds like either someone’s moving furniture or someone had the bass cranked up on their subwoofer.

Wind vibrating the fascia or soffit.
Its the heat pump.
