TBH, even though fan ako ni Felip, I really like the original version. I can't connect and resonate with Felip's version, probably because yung yearning or affection na emotion isn't there - or not as much (just my honest thoughts). I heard his cover a lot already and I still could not connect with it. Yes, he sings it but it's not as warm as how the original made me feel. I feel like the original had more passion with this song since it is their OWN and I can understand if Felip didn't have the same vibe because technically, it was only a cover/remake. Nonetheless, Felip did a great job doing a cover of this song. I am still a fan of his and I like Felip's stuff and craft. But for this song, the original will be my number 1 pick amongst the many covers done on this song for the past decade and Felip will be my second best (Just for this song).
