They're an anomaly. What I observed is that me, as one who is not fan of kpop, is fascinated and really like XG. Most of my friends who're a kpop fans, although they like XG to a degree, they'd still prefer all their other kpop groups over XG. I can't understand too but that's just what it is I think. And since XG is usually associated with kpop, people who don't like kpop (like me for example) won't usually give them a chance. Unless they accidentally discovered them. Which is what happened to me.
Their ability to not only execute perfectly but still find ways to enhance the dance while in the mix of the practices and the dance practice filming is insane. They don’t just perform choreography they have been given but make it their own through sheer hard work and effort. XG IS THE FUTURE BRO
I think Something Ain't Right is one of the most complicated dances from XG's repertoire... The formation changes, variations and accuracy each time they perform (while live singing!) is truly a sight to behold. It really shows their hard work and determination and I love them so much for that! 🤩
I absolutely love this in depth look at their dance practices! Really showcases how disciplined their work ethic is and how well they work in tandem. Each member contributing to the choreography in many ways. It seems that Sienna lays out the ground work and XG handles the rest. SAR has such dynamic transitions everyone is moving from point a to point b yet even with the finite details they strive to get it all down perfectly. I love seeing this, our Xtraordinary Girls work so incredibly hard, THANK YOU XG!
XG is just a group of real pros when it comes to nailing to choreo to the T. They are so focused to tiniest of details to achieve perfection. The choreo might look like fun to us when we see them dance to it but it looks and feels so technical to execute. XG you are insane. 🔥😎🔥 Also them enjoying and having a great time while doing this is so precious ❤

It's vulnerable and cool to see this side of them still working and learning. Reps on Reps on Reps to get to their mastery for their fans. Clocking thousands of hours since their journey has started. All the while they are touring and recording and dropping an album this Fall. Much much respect and love from Alphas to the amazing hardworking 7 and the the XGalX team.

There are many hard working kpop/jpop groups that have insanely talented members - GIdle, BlackPink, DreamCatcher, Kiss of Life etc Even tho Maya & Cocona both have all of my sympathy, I wouldn't be confident enough to say they're better than let's say Soyeon from GIdle. It's just every group approaches stuff differently and that's what's cool about it.

One of my favorite xg choreo to watch ever ever. From organized chaos to moving like a single cell organism. They really interpret dance as an art form.
How they helped remind each other to enjoy the whole dance with sincere words, and their practice rituals from their early day really brought tears to my eyes. Now I totes understand why I feel emotional every time I watch them perform. They really enjoy their hearts out and want to share it with everyone.
Its always suprised me how precise the girls are to themselfes. And I love to see that Simon let their own ideas or expressions go on. They are playing and having fun,but their real mindset is on their face when they watching back the practises.❤

I'm just about to wrap up watching Xtra Xtra (their docu series) and wow this Xtra XG vid hits differently. I've always admired their talent since Shooting Star but now the girls have my heart - how they give so much attention to detail, how they motivate and lift each other up, AND HOW THEY RELIVED THEIR OLD CHEER IN 20:48 huhuhuhu proud to call myseld a full blown Alphaz!!!

こう言うの見てるとマジで基礎がガチガチに仕上がってないと応用も遊びも何もかも通用しないのがひしひしと伝わってくるわ。

XGのダンスがなぜこうも人を惹きつけて感動させるのかその理由が凝縮されているような素晴らしく貴重な動画。振付師に教えてもらったことをマニュアル通りに消化するのではなくて、自分達でもどんどん積極的にアイデアを出し合いながら、微調整しながら完全に「自分達のもの」にしていってるのが良く分かる。だから彼女たちのパフォーマンスを見て感動するのは当然だし納得。ダンスから伝わってくる熱量とか気持ちがハンパないもの。そして何より7人全員が一人も漏れずにダンスを心から楽しんでて、コミュニケーションを大切にしているのが画面からひしひし伝わってくる。すごい貴重な映像を見せてくれてありがとうございます！！

振り写しなんて多分1日で終わるんだろうけど、ブラッシュアップと曲との調和とか解釈にすごく時間をかけるからこそ、あの出来上がりになるんだなぁ。
練習生時代のトレーニングは、この振り付けを受け入れる、こなせる身体を作ることが一番の目的で、
デビューしてプロになった今は、その身体を維持しながら何曲もステージを作る事が出来るように居続けなきゃいけない。
たぶん、常人ならその過酷さは「歌やダンスが好き」の気持ちを簡単に超えてしまうだろう。
どのグループもどのアーティストも、その過酷さを超えて存在している事を忘れちゃいけないなあ。
