Baling Twine Crafts: Door Mat

Using the techniques that I demonstrated in my Baling Twine Basics video, I will show you how to weave a mat that can be used inside or outside. What's the thickness of the baling twine you used? I think the twine I have was to thin. Also, I watched your video over 50 times to make sure I was doing it right.

How long is the braided baling twine rope for the door mat?

If completed per the instructions in the video, the total rope length is approximately 170 feet. Overall rope length needed to complete the project will vary depending on thickness of the rope and tightness of the weave as well as size of the frame.
